**Emotional Opposites 🌓** In this gathering, we’ll explore the dialogue between emotional opposites. Intimate and distant. Fear and trust. Holding and letting go. I will guide a gentle meditation where we listen inwardly, noticing how contrasting emotions coexist within us, and how they land in our bodies. After the meditation, we’ll move into drawing as a form of contemplation. No artistic experience is needed. This is not about the art per se, but about allowing what was experienced to take shape, so it helps us remember and integrate the experience. ✨ Bring your own drawing or art supplies, whatever feels right for you to work with! Volvemos a la carga con mucho teatro y más ganas que nunca de poder compartir este maravilloso arte con vosotros. Teatro en estado puro al alcance de todos! El nivel inicial tiene una gran importancia en el camino del desarrollo teatral, ya que en este primer contacto con el teatro nos basamos en comprender el hecho teatral en sí. Para ello realizamos una formación actoral básica, basándonos en las técnicas y disciplinas básicas de las artes escénicas, así como en los conocimientos indispensables para cualquier actor. Trabajo de improvisación, voz, expresión corporal, paleta emotiva, escenas, creación y trabajo de personajes, creación propia, desbloqueos etc. Siempre trabajando de una manera lúdica, el alumno podrá investigar las distintas herramientas escénicas que se pueden dar en el espacio teatral, mejorar la expresividad, potenciar la creatividad, el trabajo en grupo, la autoestima, y mucho más. Tomará conciencia de su cuerpo, del espacio, aprenderá de forma práctica como es la relación con los objetos, la creación de personajes y el trabajo de la improvisación, mejorando la expresión corporal y oral. Pero sobretodo DIVERTIRSE HACIENDO TEATRO, ese es nuestro principal objetivo. Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Wednesday, February 11 at Streetlight Guild. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice.
