This workshop is designed to use the power of your intuition to create your own work of art. No previous artistic experience required — just bring your positive energy and I'll provide all the materials you need. **Fee: 8500Ft** At the end of the workshop, you will have created your own intuitive abstract painting and gained the confidence to express yourself spontaneously on canvas. The first part consists of 30 minutes, during which you draw various spontaneous lines on your canvas with your eyes closed and follow your intuition. In this session, we dive into Pranayama, (an ancient practice to discover the flow of energy within) and the power of conscious breathing, which is one of the most important aspects of the original yogic lifestyle. Elsőre ez logikusnak tűnik: akik többet tesznek hozzá erőfeszítésükkel vagy képességeikkel, jobb életet érdemelnek. Mégis sok kritika éri a meritokráciát. Egyesek szerint egyszerűen nem működik a gyakorlatban.
