**Come join us for a session of leisure floorball to make new friends and workout!**
🍪All levels of expertise, age group and gender are welcomed.

We also offer opportunities to play competitively. We have 3 men league teams and a ladies league team.
We want to build physical and mental fitness through sports and start a ladies competitive team in the near future.

There will be a section of court used for training of newbies.

Muay Thai Fundamentals Group Class
Inspire Fitness Asia is the first-ever fitness concept to combine Muay Thai, Interval Training and Meditation.
At Inspire, both physical and mental health carry equal weight.
After battling anxiety for many years, founder Daryl Lawlor discovered muay thai and meditation brought him deep peace of mind. He designed Inspire Fitness’ studio as an extension of his experience, to help others who might be struggling with similar anxiety to find peace.

Pole Fitness / Pole Dance Group Class (Adults, Beginner)
For beginners with fitness background
Our pole fitness classes focus on strength training, flexibility, and cardio exercises. Students develop core strength, upper body strength, and increased flexibility through pole lessons.
Beginners start with foundational moves and gradually progress to more advanced spins, holds, and inversions as they build strength and skill.

Build Self-Confidence with Bouldering! 🧗 (🌟Beginner-Friendly ) + Dinner 🥘
✨ Connect with us over a day of fun climbs and an (optional) night of dinner + board games! ✨
**🧗 What is bouldering?**
Bouldering is a sub-discipline of rock climbing, that is done without a harness on a lower wall, with safety pads. It involves finding the right sequence to reach the end of a route, very much like a maze or puzzle.
The problem-solving, social nature of climbing has been shown to boost self-esteem and confidence, as well as reduce depression and anxiety levels. (read the relevant papers [here](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xMmiyjDsXn12SWgcv_6eW-x9JXduZ3fa?usp=sharing))
**What to expect 👀 (Note: the event officially starts at 430pm)**
**‼️ If you're new to climbing, we will run you through an introduction to bouldering.**
🧘 430 - 5pm: Warm up & 5 mins mindfulness (optional)
**🧗** 5pm - 8pm: Climb
🎲 8pm till late: We'll have dinner over card games or go to a board game cafe (see vibes that day)
**What to bring?**
* Comfortable sports attire (**long pants recommended!)**
* Climbing shoes + chalk (if you have)
**Price list:**
Passes usually range from $25 - $28 depending on the gym
Host's multipass are about $20
Rental shoes cost $5

**TRAIL RUN GROUP**
***WHO SHOULD ATTEND ?***
This group is a LEISURE run group.
So whether you are a beginner or have years of experience, this group will suit you.
Please note that if you intend to walk /hike, this group is not for you.
However if you can run (70%) & walk (30%) , then you can give this group a try.
***WHAT TO EXPECT ?***
Our pace is leisure.
We have participants of different ages, ranging from 25 to 70 years.
Each one of us set our own pace; we do NOT pace one another & we do not run as a group. We do have regular member who is tasked to pace the slowest member so that no one get lost.
The run usually last about 30 to 45 minutes.
We currently have an average of 9 - 12 regular runners.
We usually have a short dinner/drink after the run

About 5 km
***VENUE:***
We usually run in a nature park or on trails at the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.
***TIMING:***
We meet every other Sunday ( bi-monthly) & start our runs PUNCTUALLY at 5pm.
The run usually ends around 6pm .
We have a drink/dinner after the run & disperse at around 7pm.
