* This is a 90-min Intermediate-level fitness bootcamp suggested for those who do HIIT/bootcamps/F45/etc at least 2x/week

* Rain-or-shine event: won't be cancelled. Held under shelter if it rains

Run @ Sengkang Riverside Park
We will begin our jog/run from Anchorvale CC towards Punggol using Sengkang Riverside Park running route, U-turn back to Anchorvale CC once we hit 2.5KM mark (Total distance 5KM)
After that, we will end our run @ Anchorvale Village Hawker Centre to mingle and chit chat (No obligation to join for post run session)
Notes:
► As there is no storage space for your belongings, do travel light.
► We will do a warm-up at 7.30PM and the run will start at 7.45PM sharp.
► This is a rain-or-shine event. In case of bad weather, we will do static training nearby.

Get up close with marine life right in our backyard! Look out for sea stars, crustaceans, the occasional uncommon fish, marine snails, and maybe even some bigger creatures if they decide to say hi

(Intertidal walks by The Untamed Paths https://theuntamedpaths.com/intertidal-exploration-mainland/ are usually priced at $82/pax. $30 from each donation will go to covering operational costs of The Untamed Paths and the other $50 or more will go to Children of the Mekong, supporting children’s education)

Build Self-Confidence with Bouldering! 🧗 (🌟Beginner-Friendly ) + Dinner 🥘

** What is bouldering?**
Bouldering is a sub-discipline of rock climbing, that is done without a harness on a lower wall, with safety pads. It involves finding the right sequence to reach the end of a route, very much like a maze or puzzle.

**What to expect (Note: the event officially starts at 430pm)**
**‼️ If you're new to climbing, we will run you through an introduction to bouldering.**
430 - 5pm: Warm up & 5 mins mindfulness (optional)
**** 5pm - 8pm: Climb
8pm till late: We'll have dinner over card games or go to a board game cafe (see vibes that day)
**What to bring?**
* Comfortable sports attire (**long pants recommended!)**
* Climbing shoes + chalk (if you have)

Passes usually range from $25 - $28 depending on the gym

### What’s the Plan?
We’re going Round Robin style, which is just a nice way of saying you’ll keep playing and meeting new people until your arms fall off.
#### What’s the Game Plan?
Here’s how the courts are split:
**1 Beginner Court** (*For newcomers* ) **\- Court 1**
* Learning court lines, scoring, and basic rules.
* Can sustain short rallies and demonstrate basic strokes but still working on consistency.
**1 Intermediate Court - Court 2**
* Solid consistency, mid-pace rallies
* Shot placement is improving, but still work-in-progress
* Great for those ready to level up
**Official Tournament Balls:**
All games will be played using **Franklin X-40 tournament balls** for consistency and a high-quality playing experience.
**Paddle Queue System:** To keep things fair, players will place their paddles in line in box to indicate their turn in the respective court.
**Rules of the Game**:
* **Switch It Up**: After every match, you’ll get a new partner and new opponents.
* **Scoring**: First to 15 points, rally style (no need to keep track of who’s serving—so much simpler lah).
* **Timing**: Each match is capped at 15 minutes, so don’t peng san trying to win.
* **Be Nice**: Keep it friendly—this isn’t the SEA Games, okay?
