This **LIFT workshop for women** is designed to help you build confidence in the gym by learning how to properly use equipment and understand the basics of strength training in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. Whether you’re brand new to the gym or just want to feel more comfortable using machines, this session will give you the guidance and hands-on experience to get started. ## **What You'll Learn** * How to properly use common gym machines * How to adjust machines to fit your body * Proper lifting technique and form basics * What exercises target different muscle groups * How to move with more confidence in the gym ## **What to Expect** This is a **small group, hands-on workshop** where you’ll learn by doing. A certified personal trainer, **Anna Clough**, will demonstrate how to use machines and guide you through proper form so you can feel confident and safe while training.
