This class offers a specialized nurturing practice to support women through the physical and emotional shifts of Perimenopause and Menopause. Gentle grounding Hatha Yoga sequences with weight-bearing poses help maintain bone density and muscle mass. Pranayama and restorative poses cool hot flashes, balance hormones, and soothe the nervous system. Mindful asanas promote mental clarity and emotional balance, while Yin poses are beneficial for fatigue and insomnia. The class will also provide a safe space for women to share experiences. The class will be taught in either English or German, depending on the attendees. **Please be aware - this is not a class. It's a practice for people who learn to dance.** Take your time to practice Salsa with your friends and friendly faces. We will adjust the music to the students that come - but generally, we will keep the music on the easy dancing side. After the practica (about 75 minutes), if people are interested, we will head to one of the bars nearby for a get-together. Often, you will have a teacher around, so you can ask him or her questions and get feedback as well. **IMPORTANT NOTES:** * While you are welcome to drop in - spots are limited.
