CLASS CONTENT: Learn to use a sewing machine (maybe bring your own along if you wish to gain confidence in using it) Make a cute cotton tote bag (or your own project) / have some fun / meet like minded new friends and learn a new skill / craft. This class is designed to nourish mind, body and spirit so that the practitioner can come to know their true selves. This term, we have a special series of classes focuses more deeply on the chakra system where we spend some time reflection on these energy centres of the body in an effort to achieve more balance in our lives. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced students, it includes pranayama (breath work), asanas (postures) a focus on the energy centres of the body (chakra system) and finishes with a 15 minute relaxation (Savasana). The swim is at your own risk! We are no lifeguards and we only arrange the meeting point. Make sure you have enough layers to keep warm before and after the swim, bring something warm to drink too. Some wear wetsuits, others don't so, some want to swim a bit of distance, others just want dip and get out - it's your swim, do what you want and meet us after... **Eat** Having demonstrated our incredible bravery, we will continue our adventure at a local café (time and venue TBC later, will try and source one that hopefully provides Joycean fare).
