I've changed the time on this event to start a little earlier, so it's not too hot. We will start the session with some light stretching exercises to warm us up, and help to prepare us for the run. The pace of the run will be steady, depending on who is running with us on the day. Days when we have a large group we may break into multiple groups, each operating independently at their own pace. Saturdays are good for intermediate runners, and is usually a 10km run, again at a steady pace. If you're looking to get into running, come along on Tuesday or Thursday mornings and I will coach you, at your pace, to get you up to running (jogging) to 5km without stops. The only thing I will ask, if you're a beginner, is that you're able to walk for approx 30 minutes at a relaxed pace. PLEASE NOTE: That, if you RSVP a particular event, then please ensure that you attend, as there may be other members relying on you for company on the run. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any run or activity that you participate in with the group will be at your own risk. Usually we have a post run (after our cool down) coffee in the Dash container at the Hole in the Wall pub.

🌊🦭 Hey Seals – Seapoint Beach Tomorrow! ☀️ The heatwave is here, so what better excuse to jump into the sea and cool off with your fellow Dublin Seals! High tide is at 10am so come along for a refreshing dip, a chat and a bit of craic. Whether you're a regular swimmer or just fancy getting in for a paddle, everyone is welcome. A quick reminder that this is an informal group swim, we look out for each other but **we are not lifeguards**. Everyone is responsible for their own safety, so please know your limits, don't go out of your depth, and don't stay in longer than is comfortable for you. Even on a hot day, the sea can be cold, so bring warm dry layers, a towel, and something dry to put on afterwards. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and hopefully a few new ones too. Its like a combination of tag rugby and fencing and is a great way to meet new people and then hit them with a padded stick. Its light contact and the only gear you need to bring is clothing you are comfortable running around in and some water.

This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships. Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
