Meet up, Warm up, and Get Moving to Get Fit :)
We will start the session with some light stretching exercises to warm us up, and help to prepare us for the run. The pace of the run will be steady, depending on who is running with us on the day.
Days when we have a large group we may break into multiple groups, each operating independently at their own pace.
Saturdays are good for intermediate runners, and is usually a 10km run, again at a steady pace.
If you're looking to get into running, come along on Tuesday or Thursday mornings and I will coach you, at your pace, to get you up to running (jogging) to 5km without stops. The only thing I will ask, if you're a beginner, is that you're able to walk for approx 30 minutes at a relaxed pace.
PLEASE NOTE: That, if you RSVP a particular event, then please ensure that you attend, as there may be other members relying on you for company on the run.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any run or activity that you participate in with the group will be at your own risk.
Usually we have a post run (after our cool down) coffee in the Dash container at the Hole in the Wall pub.

Yoga Flow
Leave the day behind and join me for an evening Vinyasa yoga flow at F2 Centre.
Through flowing sequences and conscious breathwork, come shed the stress of the day, reconnect with yourself, and find stillness. You'll move through dynamic flows that ease tension while energising your spirit as the evening unfolds.
Open to all levels, whether you're new to yoga or a regular practitioner. Modifications are offered so you're free to honour your own pace and trust your body.

Howth Social Cycle
Make to the most of the bright evenings and join us for a social cycle out to Howth Village.
Total distance 25 km. Mostly flat with an optional climb up to the Summit.
Here is our plan for the evening.
1ļøā£. We leave at 6 pm from the sails sculpture on Clontarf Road.
2ļøā£. Cycle out to Sutton Cross along the coastal cycle path
3ļøā£. Here we turn right and cycle directly over Howth Hill
4ļøā£ Short stop in the village for a coffee and a chat, then back by shorter route aiming to be back to Clontarf by 8:30

Rampage Jugger Training for beginners
Jugger is a fast paced but easy to pick up sport that is great for beginners. Its like a combination of tag rugby and fencing and is a great way to meet new people and then hit them with a padded stick. Its light contact and the only gear you need to bring is clothing you are comfortable running around in and some water.
Cycle Eniskerry and the Glencree valley
Join us for a cycle to the lovely village of **Enniskerry**, then back to Dublin along the scenic **Glencree**, valley, then over the **Featherbeds**,and back down in Dublin at Rathfarnham.
**Level of difficulty**: 60km, 710m climbing
NOTE: We will be keeping an even pace on this cycle.
Here is our plan for the day.
1ļøā£ We leave from Cafe Nero at 930am
2ļøā£Cycle out to Eniskerry where we stop for coffee
3ļøā£ Continue to Glencree, over the Featherbeds, and back to Rathfarnham
4ļøā£ All going well we should be back in the city by 1:30
Please wear a helmet and bring a tube, etc, in case you get a puncture.

Killakee Viewpoint ā³ļø
Join us for this Thursday evening cycle on the southside of the city up to the Killakee viewpoint and back. Itās a decent climb and offers some great views over the city.
šØWarning: this cycle has a steep/long climb.
š“ Back and front lights on your bike are essential for this cycle.
The total distance is 25km, and so not far but it has 350m of climbing taken on all at once. For perspective, 350m is about twice the amount of climbing as the Thursday Howth cycle. If you are unsure of your ability to do this, I recommend trying the Thursday Howth Cycle first. We do not go fast up the climb, we go as slow as needed.
Here is our plan for the evening:
1ļøā£We leave at 6:30PM from Swan Leisure
2ļøā£We cycle south through Rathfarham and climb up to Killakee via Stocking Lane
3ļøā£If time allows, we'll make a stop at The Merry Ploughboy pub for a break and refreshment before heading back to the start.

Liam Mc hike- Glendalough to Baravore Waterfall & return, Laragh free car park
Meeting at Laragh free car park at 9.40am, on the trail thereafter. We will hike out onto the Wicklow Way, on to Baravore waterfall where we will have lunch and a short rest before returning back to car park via Derrybawn ridge.
This hike is approx. 6hrs & 22/23km so please come prepared for a hike with appropriate hiking gear.
Bring lunch & drinks of your choice.
Coffee afterwards in Glendalough Cafe for those who wish and have the time.

Hike Pickerington Ponds
We'll hike 3.4 miles on the Killdeer and Yellowlegs Trails - both out and back gravel trails. If we want more mileage we can repeat an out and back. Pace of around 3.5 mph, no one left behind and those who want to go faster sure can!
As always optional lunch after.
