Visto che il codice non lo leggo più come posso garantirmi che non riparto da zero ogni volta? Ultimo ma non meno importante: sto rispettando tutte le policy di compliance per il mio settore? Partiremo analizzando il business case **dell'investimento in AI SDLC**, andando oltre il semplice risparmio per calcolare il *Total Cost of Ownership* e la velocità con cui un'idea si trasforma in valore tangibile (Time-to-Value). Ma i numeri non vivono nel vuoto: esploreremo come l'IA stia riscrivendo i **processi di sviluppo**, cercando il difficile equilibrio tra una delivery accelerata e il rischio di accumulare debito tecnico.
