This Reiki 1 class, presented by Shaman Phil, is the introductory level of Usui Reiki training, which involves receiving attunement to open and align your energy channels to the universal life force, or Reiki energy. In this class, you learn the history of Reiki, Reiki principles, self-healing techniques, and how to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
