We will meet in a calm and friendly place ( Parc, Café, Restaurant) to explore together some of Jiddu Krishnamurti’s key questions about awareness, relationship, and freedom. There will be no teaching, no authority — only open dialogue and attentive listening. Everyone is welcome, whether you are familiar with Krishnamurti or simply curious about life and self-understanding. We’ll start with an open conversation around a theme such as “Listening without judgment” or “Can thought bring clarity?” Please bring openness, curiosity, and a readiness to listen — no books or notes needed. The spirit is not to discuss “what should be,” but to observe together “what is.”

Hi Running fellows, Whether you’re a walker, new to running, a semi-pro, a marathonist or a sprint star - if you want to start your weekend in an active way and enjoy the outdoors in lovely surroundings with a fun, international and multilingual group of people, you are welcome to join us! Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast. Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :) We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. Danach öffnen wir einen Raum für ehrliche Gespräche, Reflexion und Austausch. Nach einer kurzen Pause wechseln wir behutsam von Worten in die Stille — mit Raum für innere Resonanz, bewusstes Wahrnehmen und tiefere Einsichten. Ein zentraler Bestandteil ist das, was ich **Soul Polishing** nenne: eine regelmäßige Praxis, mit sich selbst in Kontakt zu bleiben — und innere Balance, Ruhe und Stärke zu entwickeln. Nicht einmal. Sondern immer wieder — wie Zähneputzen. Ein erfülltes Leben entsteht nicht zufällig. Es entsteht durch Aufmerksamkeit, durch ehrliches Hinschauen und durch kleine, bewusste Schritte im Alltag. Join us for some focused writing time. All writers and all experience levels are welcome and don’t worry, no one will see what you've written. Whether it‘s your blog, a report, your thesis, your next book, copy for your website, or just your daily journaling, it doesn’t matter. This session is about getting your writing done and meeting other writers in your area. When you show up, say hello to everyone, grab a drink, and get your writing tools ready. Once you’re all settled, take some time to chat with your fellow writers. Once everyone’s arrived, I will lead quick introductions and then set the timer for our quiet and focused writing session.
