Workshop: Bindungstypen / Beziehungstypen, Deine Freundschaften & Beziehungen
Workshop: Bindungstypen / Beziehungstypen, Deine Freundschaften & Beziehungen
* nĂ€he Hackescher Markt. I will share a pragmatic view on how to up-level your personal productivity as a software engineer and how to rebuild your team processes to become AI first. I will share the story of how I abandoned text editors forever in favour of Claude Code. I’ll also share how Superhuman uses AI for every step of the software development process, including code reviews, infrastructure migrations, feature development, and production monitoring. We will discuss the challenges of organizational transformation and how to avoid cargo-culting AI adoption and AI slop in your production systems. **Facts about the speaker**: * I have been with Grammarly, now part of Superhuman, for 8.5 years. * Over the years, I have worked on product features development, platforms and infrastructure, and developer experience, both as a contributing engineer and a technical lead. * Last year, I was one of the trailblazers of AI coding adoption at Superhuman, working on the AI coding harness, adoption, and learning among engineers and on autonomous coding agents * I haven’t written a line of code manually since May 2025. * I have been with Grammarly, now part of Superhuman, for 8.5 years. **đŸ’„ Who should attend?** * Software engineers who want to learn how to use AI Coding Agents * Technical leaders who want to boost their team's productivity by introducing an AI-First approach **Agenda:** ✹ 18:00–18:30: Check-in and networking ✹ 18:30–19:30: Talk ✹ 19:30–20:30: Mingle with our team
Ice bathing together at Treptower Park and surroundings – regular ☀❄
Ice bathing together at Treptower Park and surroundings – regular ☀❄
**Ice bathing together at Treptower Park and surroundings – regular & reliable ☀❄** Exact time and date - we schedule together! Meetup once a week! Hello everyone, I’m looking for a like-minded person (or a small group) who would like to go ice bathing together once a week on a regular basis – preferably at Treptower Park and the surrounding area. The day and time are flexible for me; what matters most to me is reliability and consistency. I’ve been ice bathing for several years and value this practice greatly: as an energising time in nature, as a shared act of overcoming oneself, and as something that is noticeably beneficial for both body and mind. For me, it has positive effects on health, sleep, and recovery – and it’s a wonderful way to start the next week feeling light, uplifted, and content. After four years, my previous ice-bathing partner is unfortunately no longer able to join, so I’m now happy to meet new people. I’m open and enjoy coordinating flexibly. If you already have experience, or if you’re curious and would like to try it out in a committed way, feel free to get in touch. I’m looking forward to the exchange and to arriving together in the cold water. Warm regards, Till
Mavericks Bouldering — A Casual Climb & Hangout in Berlin
Mavericks Bouldering — A Casual Climb & Hangout in Berlin
A small NEXUS gathering built around movement rather than discussion alone. This is for high-bandwidth Mavericks who spend most of their time in conceptual thought and need some physical counterweight. Why bouldering? Because it’s deliberate: short problems, full focus, and immediate feedback. You’re on the wall, solving something tangible. The mental noise drops instantly! Conversations happen naturally in between climbs. No pressure, you move at your own pace. Some exchanges stay light. Others go deep. Both are fine. This is not about athletic achievement. It’s about presence, recalibration, and being around people who don’t require you to shrink or translate yourself. Come as you are. Try some bouldering problems. Rest when needed, and engage where it makes sense. **Bring comfortable clothes and climbing shoes if you have them (rentals are available at the gym).** *Registration equals commitment. If you sign up, you show up. Read the group description first and decide consciously.
*Unfortunately at the moment, it's only possible to present German texts. Unpublished texts that are already translated into German are highly welcome!* ## Was erwartet Sie? Also – nicht gleich verschwinden! Dranbleiben. Lyrik: Welche Art lyrischer Text?)

After years in traditional IT, where he regularly had to work night shifts due to emergencies, he decided to do things better—for customers and for IT professionals. Today, he help SMEs transform their IT from a constant work in progress to a reliable infrastructure they can depend on. **Jonathan\`s talk: "How we are completely rethinking system administration as a service for your company"** Companies cannot possibly do everything themselves. So things like accounting, logistics, and IT are outsourced to external service providers. In the IT sector, system houses have been doing very well for themselves in recent decades! Every little thing is charged for, and if there are any errors, the customer is expected to open a ticket. We are rethinking this! We are applying the “as-a-service” concept from Airbnb, Uber, and Everstox to system administration and taking responsibility. Jonathan will show how this works in his talk. **Speaker 2 @March 12** **[Anne Biedermann](https://www.linkedin.com/in/anne-biedermann/), independent wealth partner for women** Anne has extensive experience across venture capital, single-family-office & HNWI investing, and early-stage operations. She works with investors who are building, inheriting, or stewarding wealth on how to allocate capital with clarity — particularly where venture capital intersects with long-term wealth strategy. Anne also invests personally, giving her a practitioner’s perspective on capital allocation decisions. **Anna\`s talk: "Not All Capital Is the Same: Decoding Investor Behavior"** Founders often assume all investors evaluate risk, timelines, and returns the same way and that assumption is costly. This session breaks down how funds, family offices, and individual investors actually make decisions, where founder–investor misalignment typically begins, and how founders can better position themselves for the right kind of capital, not just any capital. **Speaker 3 @March 19** **[Immo Ait Stapelfeld](https://www.linkedin.com/in/immoaitstapelfeld/), Co-Founder & CEO at [913.ai](https://913.ai)** **"From Legal Complexity to Practical AI. How We Help Regulated Industries Use AI Without Losing Control"** This presentation tells the story of Immo’s transition from a trained lawyer working in mass proceedings to an entrepreneur building AI products for regulated industries. His legal background, combined with hands-on experience as a founder, shaped a pragmatic view on AI. not as a disruptive replacement, but as a controlled and compliant tool. At[ ](http://913.ai)[913.ai](https://913.ai), this perspective enables conservative organizations such as insurers to enter the AI era in a way that respects regulation, responsibility, and existing teams while still unlocking real efficiency gains. 📅 **The series at a glance** [12min.me](http://12min.me/) STARTUP consists of three independent sessions. Today’s Global Leader with Christian Klein, CEO of SAP
Today’s Global Leader with Christian Klein, CEO of SAP
Few CEOs have transformed a global company at the speed of **[Christian Klein](http://www.sap.com/about/company/leadership/christian-klein.html)** of SAP. Since taking over as CEO at the age of 39, Klein has steered SAP through cloud transformation, the rise of AI, and unprecedented external headwinds – turning SAP into one of Europe’s most valuable enterprises. In conversation with journalist **[Astrid Frohloff](http://astrid-frohloff.de/)**, Klein will reflect on how to lead a global tech company in a fiercely competitive and fast-moving environment, what it takes to transform an organization at scale, and what this journey has required from leaders and employees alike. The discussion will explore strategic and political questions around AI, digital sovereignty, and Europe’s digital future. Leadership will be a central theme, including leading transformation at speed, maintaining trust during change, and the skills future leaders need in the age of AI. **[Thorsten Lambertus](http://www.linkedin.com/in/thorstenlambertus/)**, managing director of **[DEEP – Institute for Deep Tech Innovation](https://esmt.berlin/faculty-research/institutes/deep-institute-deep-tech-innovation?utm_term=&utm_campaign=DACH_master_performance_max&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&hsa_acc=6648770021&hsa_cam=20837198872&hsa_grp=&hsa_ad=&hsa_src=x&hsa_tgt=&hsa_kw=&hsa_mt=&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21173771244&gbraid=0AAAAADwC6fvKQH-uxEvSy6lCwCs39F8RU&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI4_muz7SakgMVW8p5BB3rGjoUEAAYASAAEgLV0vD_BwE)** at ESMT, will set the stage with a perspective on deep tech, venture building, and how scientific breakthroughs are translated into scalable global ventures. As always, audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions directly. **About the Today’s Global Leader event series** Today’s Global Leader is an ESMT event series in hybrid format.
