He's spent years in startups and leading enterprise transformations, authored two technical books, and contributes to open-source. He's currently building the WebGL/WebGPU community space and his next venture in interactive content. ​This is the first of an ongoing series towards building a new mental model of strategy for the increasingly complex AI-native world. ​In this session, we will first lay the groundwork on how companies are actually an abstraction layer for complexity.
