L’objectif est double : 1. vous faire bouger et passer un bon moment 2. me permettre de m’entraîner à encadrer un groupe dans le cadre de mon diplôme de coach sportif La séance dure environ 50 minutes et elle est accessible à tous les niveaux : débutants, intermédiaires et confirmés. Je m’adapte à chacun avec des variantes plus faciles ou plus difficiles selon votre niveau.
