Due to the rain forecast for tomorrow evening, I’m moving the Pilates session to the morning and offering it free of charge. Join us for a gentle 30-minute bodyweight Pilates session suitable for all fitness levels. We’ll focus on mobility, core strength, posture, and mindful movement—no equipment needed.
