As a new yoga teacher, I’m excited to share a practice that builds strength and mobility through Hatha Yoga and simple mobility movements. In this class, we’ll move with mindful breath and purposeful movement, using foundational poses and flowing sequences to wake up the body, improve joint mobility, and build functional strength. My intention is to create a supportive space where we practice together, learn from each other, and cultivate calm, focus, and presence both on and off the mat. This is a weekday drinks night at ThinkWine, Central (Soho) . It is a specialist premium wine bar which also serves snacks. The seating is limited without high min spend per person , so I'm saying max 7 seats. You need to commit to buying at least one glass of wine and a snack or two, so in other words, be willing to spend $250 upwards per person. I'd probably suggest shared wine and cheese platter. The *On a whim* live storytelling show is on Wednesday, 24th June. If you’ve got a story or just an idea in mind, come to one of our pitch workshops at the end of May. If your story is shortlisted for the show, our host will work with you as you polish and rehearse it. 📌 Story Requirements: * Your story must be true * It must be told in the first person—you are the main character * It should be between 5-10 minutes You don't need to have a completed or polished story ready - just a beginning idea is okay.
