DOMINUS Dinner Singapore
**Event notice:** This session is hosted by me, Nicholas Chan, in my personal capacity as a volunteer with [DOMINUS Labs](https://www.dominuslab.org/).
It is a third-party event and is not organised, endorsed, or affiliated with the Singapore Entrepreneurs Network.
DOMINUS Dinner is a simple, grounded setting where Christian entrepreneurs can meet face to face, share a meal, and have honest conversations about work, leadership, and faith as it is lived out in business.
**About the dinner**
* This is a small-group dinner.
* Conversation is shaped by a Christian worldview and informed by the lived experience of Christian entrepreneurs.
* No specific church affiliation or denominational background is required.
* The intent is thoughtful, respectful conversation rather than debate or persuasion.
**What to expect**
* Shared dinner. You will need to purchase a meal, not just a drink.
* Respectful discussion.
* No selling, no pitching, no recruitment.
**Who this is for**
* Christian entrepreneurs and business owners.
* Founders interested in integrating faith and work.
* Those open to listening and engaging in good faith.
**Who this may not suit**
* Those seeking a purely secular networking event.
* Those uncomfortable with Christian-based discussion.
All are welcome. Respect for differing backgrounds within the Christian faith is expected.
**How to RSVP**
* Please note due to extremely limited seating in the venue, only 8 seats have been requested on-site. Do not RSVP if you cannot confirm your attendance or if you intend to cancel it 1 - 2 days before the event.
* To confirm your seat, you will need to RSVP to Nicholas via WhatsApp at +65 9488-9683 to indicate your attendance. You will be informed if your seat is confirmed.
* RSVPs via WhatsApp will close at 10pm on Monday 2 March 2026.
By registering, you acknowledge that this is a personal, third-party event and not a Singapore Entrepreneurs Network activity.
**About DOMINUS Labs**
[DOMINUS Labs](https://www.dominuslab.org/) is an international community of Christian founders, operators, and leaders focused on building companies with integrity, resilience, and long-term responsibility. Its work centres on peer formation, practical wisdom, and the conviction that faith should shape how businesses are built and led, not just what founders believe in private.
Total Lunar Eclipse Viewing @ Science Centre Singapore
Join us at Science Centre Singapore TODAY (Tuesday, 3 Mar 2026) for an unforgettable Total Lunar Eclipse viewing experience.
This extraordinary event coincides with the 15th day of the Lunar New Year and marks the last visible Total Lunar Eclipse worldwide until 31 Dec 2028.

Forget about finding the perfect pitch dark spot to catch the blood moon (not an easy feat in Singapore), because the Science Centre is opening its Observatory, giving you a front-row experience of the rare nighttime spectacle in comfort. For one night only, the dome opens to the public, where its astronomy educators will guide you through the eclipse viewing experience. They’ll be breaking down the phenomena through engaging explanations and a series of interactive activities.
And consider this your sign to book a seat because the next visible blood moon is predicted to reappear only in the early AM of January 1, 2029.
TICKETS ARE FREE, but you can top up $4 per person if you’d like to complete your celestial night with an additional telescope viewing experience and a live planetarium show at the Omni-Theatre.

• What we'll do
The Purpose
Let's network and connect businesses using a well-structured and efficient format.
We meet to network and also learn new skills. It's not just about exchanging contact information, but we also share experiences and other business contacts to help each other grow.
**A Guide for New Visitors**
• BE ON TIME
Our meeting starts at 8.00am sharp and ends at 9.30am. Please come at 7:45am for the networking session.
• FARM & COLLABORATE
We gather together not to hunt business deals from one another but rather to explore means and opportunities to build our businesses through referrals and collaborations together. We appreciate that you don't push your business to our members and other visitors.
• PREPARE A 15-SECOND INTRODUCTION
Don't worry, despite sitting through numerous meetings, some of us are still as nervous as you. Just share a little about yourself, what you do, and how you can collaborate with the people present. 15 seconds go by really quickly anyway.
• STAY FOR OPEN NETWORKING
Don't be in a hurry to rush off after 9.30am. Many of our members and visitors stay for open networking well after the meeting, so do stay on and mingle with us for another 30 minutes to an hour.
• MOST IMPORTANTLY, COME WITH AN OPEN MIND
What makes BNI unique and efficient is the system and structure in place for business owners like us. Come with an open mind and understand why we are willing to sign up for the chapter and meet every week at 7.45am.

*Dr Marie's short bio as follows:*
Dr Marie Ang, h.c. is a people, culture, and leadership practitioner who works with individuals and organisations to strengthen awareness, values, and wellbeing in everyday life. Her work focuses on helping people navigate change with clarity, compassion, and practical self-care, especially in complex or demanding environments.
With over four decades of experience across leadership, community service, and mentoring, Marie integrates lived experience, reflective practice, and simple, human tools to support balance, resilience, and meaningful connection. She was conferred an Honorary Doctorate in recognition of three decades of sustained community, charitable, and volunteer service.
**What is Live Share and Care?**
**Live, Share, and Care** is the CSR initiative by **Adventures Unlimited** (TA02844) that turns hiking into a mission for social good. Instead of just trekking for fitness, participants "hike with a purpose" to support vulnerable communities in Singapore.
### Key Pillars of LSC
* **Support Local:** The group eats at stalls run by seniors or people with special needs to provide direct economic support.
* **Give Back (Pack2treat):** They purchase meals from these vendors and hand-deliver them to isolated seniors in areas like Toa Payoh and Geylang.
* **Provide Connection:** Volunteers offer companionship and help seniors link up with essential services like the AIC and Active Ageing Centres.

Mt Kilimanjaro Trek with a Singapore Trek Leader - 7-16 Mar 2026
We are returning to lead this popular trek to the “Roof of Africa.” For this journey, we will take the scenic 8-day Lemosho Route, making it a 10-day adventure filled with diverse terrain, breathtaking views, and the unforgettable experience of reaching the summit.

Join us as we get together to see SIRAT, an Oscar-nominated Best International Film from Spain that follows a father, accompanied by his son, goes looking for his missing daughter in North Africa. Here’s a description, trailer and our plan for this event:

Engaging in men’s work is the new way to forge friendships while being open-minded to personal growth. Many men experience healthier relationships, personally and professionally, by engaging in this work.
Open Men’s Group is a container for men to share vulnerably without receiving judgment or feedback.
We believe that emotionally mature, powerful, compassionate, and purpose-driven men will help heal some of society’s deepest wounds. We support the powerful brilliance of men and we are willing to look at, and take full responsibility for, the pain we are also capable of creating – and suffering. We care deeply about men, our families, communities, and the planet.
