The hiking starts when we get off the train in Åstorp and finish Saturday in Höör. The event is open to everyone and not only for people with specific medical condition. Its also completely free of charge. You will take home very detailed exercises that can help you make your eyesight better, more comfortable to use and notice all the important signs of correct use of the eyes which will ensure sharp and joyfully eyesight experience. It starts from proper relaxation that we forgot subconsciously how to do through our long commitments we have that falls on the eyes.
