Hi everyone! We’re excited to have the second event of the CPH AI Impact Network! After our good kickoff event at the end of January we’ve met and brainstormed and decided for our next event on March 1, 11-13, at Studiestræde 24. For this two hour event we will feature two presentations, one technical and one with a societal focus. Dear All, Make eye contact with a stranger and discover what happens! On Sunday the 1st of March, we meet up for the eye contact experiment. 😊 Breathe, connect and enjoy eye contact. 😌 At the eye contact experiment, you simply look people in the eyes for an extended amount of time. You don't talk or make gestures, you simply perceive and discover what happens. (of course, you can talk afterwards) Experiences vary and you must discover for yourself what it means. We know it can be an exciting, frightening, exhilarating thing to even to think about at first. But we can guarantee that it is worth it. During the eye contact, anything can happen. From emotions to thoughts, to wonderful connections and more. Every person has different experiences, yet the common denominator is that it allows you to connect with yourself and to others. It is an opportunity to be more present, to gain stability, raise your mood and to improve your confidence. Many also make good friends and the longer you do it, the more you get out of it. We will try as a group of random people to sit down and talk about emotions or personal challenges. The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~$20 per person. Soft drink refills are $1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind.
