Space! is built on the same game system as Clank!: A Deck-Building Adventure, with players building a personal deck of cards throughout the course of the game, with the cards allowing them to move through the spaceship, attack things, acquire new cards, and — oh yeah — make noise to attract Lord Eradikus and potentially seal their own doom. Hello again! After a long hiatus, the Monday meet up at Nanny O’Briens is back! We’ll have some games to play, but feel free to bring your favorites as well. Stop by for a game and a drink, and say hello! We’ll be in the back room. Other info: Nanny O'Brien's is allowing us to use their back room for some board game socializing. Please reciprocate their generosity by purchasing food and drinks. Free street parking starts at 6:30 in most areas (make sure to read the signs). If you're taking the metro, take the red line to Cleveland Park and walk two blocks southwest on Connecticut (we are located next to CVS).

*Betrayal at House on the Hill* is a popular horror-themed board game where 3-6 players explore a haunted mansion, building the map as they go, until a "Haunt" event turns one player into a traitor, flipping the game from cooperative to asymmetric, one-vs-many gameplay with different win conditions for the traitor and heroes. The current version is the 3rd Edition, featuring updated art, characters, and rules for 50 different scenarios (Haunts).

It's the first Thursday of the month, and that means we will be replaying a game we played recently: ***Bruxelles 1893.*** From BGG: ***Bruxelles 1893*** is a worker placement game with elements of bidding and majority control. Each player is an architect of the late 19th century and is trying to achieve, through various actions, an architectural work in the Art Nouveau style. The most successful building yields the most points. Each player can also create works of art to increase their score.

When you arrive please park in a space that does NOT have a number or says "Decal Parking Only"; if those aren't available there's lots of open street parking within the Penderbrook community (I'm right in the middle so either side is cool; parking on Center Way or the middle of Penderbrook Drive is best) but please don't parck on a yellow curb or you might be towed! You'll want to turn at the sign that says "The Greens" onto Golf RIDGE, and then to Golf TEE where I'm the first house on the left. Hello, gaming friends! It's been a while! Join us for an evening of social board gaming, "artistry", and a sprinkle of mischief. We'll be meeting in Kingstowne's bright new library space come check it out with us! No previous experience is required. Come as you are, all the game rules will be explained before we start. The evening's main event will be **Telestrations**, a delightfully silly party game that's what happens when **Pictionary** and **Telephone** are thrown into a blender. Time permitting, we'll also play a few rounds of **One Night Ultimate Werewolf**. Ever wanted to lie to friends and strangers? Here's your chance! Want to learn pickleball in a fun, low-pressure setting? I’m hosting a free beginner-friendly meetup at Olentangy Parklands to help new players learn the basics and get comfortable on the court. I’m a pretty skilled player and will walk everyone through the essentials, including rules, scoring, serving, basic strategy, and how to start playing real games. No experience needed. We’ll meet on the upper courts. Bring a pickleball paddle if you have one. If not, no problem, I’ll have some extras available for people to use. This event is meant for beginners and anyone curious about trying pickleball for the first time. Come ready to move, learn, and have fun.
