Hi everyone! On **Saturday, March 7, 2026**, I’m planning a relaxed early-spring hike along **Stadtwanderweg 6 – Zugberg & Maurer Wald** in the south of Vienna. This route takes us through quiet forest paths, gentle hills, and open clearings with beautiful views towards the Vienna Basin and the Wienerwald. It’s a lovely mix of nature, culture, and calm atmosphere. **What makes this hike special** ⛪ Wotruba Church (Kirche zur Heiligsten Dreifaltigkeit) 🌌Sterngarten Georgenberg (Open-Air Planetarium) 🌄Zugberg & Mitzi-Langer-Wand 🌳 Maurer Wald & Eichwiese ⛪ Bergkirche Rodaun This hike is ideal if you want a moderate workout without technical difficulty.
