TRAINING HIKE: Bukit Timah
**Get Ready for the Mountains**
For all adventure seekers training for your next trek, or simply be always ready for one!
Meet/End: Bukit Timah Nature Reserve Visitor Centre
Distance: \~8km
Duration: \~ 2-2.5hours
**NOTES:**
* advised to have some light breakfast before the workout
* bring sufficient water and food/snacks for refuel
* waterproof your items and be rain-equipped (rain cover, rain jacket, poncho, umbrella, etc.)
* Hiking poles (optional)
* **RSVP:** If you are unable to join, please update your RSVP at least one day in advance.
1. **Early Departure:** Please inform the Event Host if you need to leave early.
2. **Punctuality:** We will start promptly at 8 AM.
3. **Weather Updates:** In case of severe weather conditions, we will provide an update on the morning of the event day.
4. **Waitlist:** Please note that the waitlist may not be processed in order. We may prioritize spots for participants training for upcoming hikes/trips.

INVIGORATE & REFRESH YOURSELF WITH A RUN IN THE FOREST/NATURE PARK
**\*TRAIL RUN GROUP\***
***WHO SHOULD ATTEND ?***
\> This group is for anyone who has an interest in running in a forest or nature park\. \(not for hikers\)
\> So\, whether you are a beginner or have years of experience\, this group will suit you since our goal is LEISURE\.
\> For example\, in our trail run group\, we have both beginners & marathon runners\.
***WHAT TO EXPECT?***
\> Our pace is leisure\.
\> We have participants of different ages\, ranging from 25 to 70 years\.
\> Everyone has different level of fitness\.
\> Each of us set our own pace; we do NOT pace one another\. We do have regular members who are tasked to pace the slow member\(s\) so that no one gets lost\.
\> The run usually last about 30 \- 45 minutes depending on each individual's pace & fitness\.
\> We currently have an average of 9 \- 12 regular runners\.
\> We change our run venue every month \.
\> We usually have a short dinner/drink after the run
***DISTANCE COVERED :***
5 to 6km

We go all over Singapore for our trail adventures but our BASE VENUE is at the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.
***TIMING:***
For trail runs, we meet once every 2 weeks on Sunday 5pm. We usually have a drink/dinner after the run. Ends around 7pm .

Sunday Yoga session
Find balance this Sunday! Join our all-levels yoga session to relax and rejuvenate. You'll be guided through gentle poses and breathing exercises to center yourself in a peaceful atmosphere. No experience needed—just bring your own mat.

Walk, Chat and Relax: Orchard Road and Side Streets
Join us for our last event of 2025!
We will he walk mostly along Orchard Road so that you can take snaps of the decorations and light displays, explore parts of Emerald Hill, and get a birds eye view of the district from a free secret location.
At the same time its an opportunity to meet new people and chat about Life, the Universe and Everything, or just walk in silence as you wish :)
Of course, we will end with a meal, and more chatting, for those who are hungry in body and mind.

Our pole fitness classes focus on strength training, flexibility, and cardio exercises. Students develop core strength, upper body strength, and increased flexibility through pole lessons.
Beginners start with foundational moves and gradually progress to more advanced spins, holds, and inversions as they build strength and skill.

Hike High Banks
Hike approx 4.0 miles at approx. 18 minute mile pace. Meet in front of the Nature Center.
Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.

COLUMBUS RECREATION CENTERS require membership fee to play. Register & Pay at the desk when you arrive. $5 day pass is available.
I have some extra pickle ball paddles and balls if you don’t have one. Definitely bring your own paddle if you have one and bring some balls if you have them.
