This event is facilitated in English, of course we can translate and/or you can interact in your own language during an exercise if that’s desired. We don’t play an active role in matchmaking. You can set your boundaries at any time. You are responsible for your own needs, yet we are always available to help and support you in taking care of them. Come and join us for an evening of Buddhist meditation with like-minded people. The doors open at 7:00 PM, and meditation begins promptly at 7:15 PM. The meditation will last between 30 to 40 minutes, followed by tea and biscuits for anyone who would like to stay and chat.
