Esta Semana Santa descubrimos juntos los **paisajes y pueblos** **de las Valls d’Àneu ⛰️** y del **Parque Natural de l'Alt Pirineu**, el más extenso de Cataluña. Cuatro días para caminar entre bosques de alta montaña, cimas escarpadas y horizontes nevados. Y cuando bajemos de la montaña… olor a chimenea , confort y platos cocinados a fuego lento. Nos alojamos en un **acogedor hotel rural con huerto ecológico propio**: sabores auténticos, trato cercano y buen descanso. Sabores del Pallars que sientan de maravilla tras el día de montaña. * 🥾 Ruta circular: 13 km. ⬆️ Desnivel positivo: 350 m * ⏱️ Tiempo estimado (con paradas): 4'5 h * Dificultad física: baja/media. * Dificultad técnica: baja. **★ DÍA 2 (4 abril)** – RAQUETAS DE NIEVE en BACIVER Nos dirigimos a la **Vall d’Aran** para nuestra primera ruta con raquetas ❄️. Rodeados de cimas nevadas, nos adentramos en un **bonito valle de origen glaciar** hasta el espectacular **Lago de Baciver**, donde el silencio y la belleza del entorno te dejarán sin palabras. * ❄️ Ruta con raquetas semi-circular: 6 km. ⬆️ Desnivel positivo: 290 m * ⏱️ Tiempo estimado (con paradas): 4'5 h * Dificultad física: baja/media * Dificultad técnica: baja. Excursión clásica y preciosa para iniciarse en las raquetas de nieve. **★ DÍA 3 (5 abril)** \- RAQUETAS de NIEVE ❄️ \- Vistas a la VALL D'ARAN\* Nos acercamos a un **excelente mirador sobre la llamada “Suiza catalana” 🏔️**, uno de los valles más espectaculares del Parque Nacional de Aigüestortes. Imagínate un horizonte nevado, paisajes de cuento, respirar aire puro y la sensación de libertad. * ❄️ Ruta con raquetas circular: 7 km. ⬆️ Desnivel positivo: 350 m * ⏱️ Tiempo estimado (con paradas): 4 h 45 min * Dificultad física: media * Dificultad técnica: media. *(\*en caso de poca/mala nieve, se hará una ruta de senderismo sin raquetas)* **★ DÍA 4 (6 abril)** \- DESCUBRIMOS LA VIDA PALLARESA 🥾 Nos sumergimos en los **ancestrales Caminos Viejos** del Pallars, esos que antiguamente unían los aislados pueblos y comunicaban a sus gentes. Caminaremos 🥾 sin prisas entre pueblos con encanto: **casas de piedra, tejados de pizarra, olor a chimenea y iglesias y puentes románicos** en un ambiente que invita a bajar revoluciones. * 🥾 Ruta circular: 14 km. ⬆️ Desnivel positivo: 400 m * ⏱️ Tiempo estimado (con paradas): 5 h * Dificultad física: media * Dificultad técnica: media. **🏡 ALOJAMIENTO** Un **hotel rural con alma pirenaica** y cocina de proximidad en **València d’Àneu**, donde te sentirás como en casa. ️- **🍲** Régimen de **media pensión**: cocina casera y **platos preparados a fuego lento**. **\- 🛌🏻 Habitaciones dobles**: reformadas, cómodas y muy acogedoras para un buen descanso después de cada ruta. INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE: **\- Nivel de las rutas**: INTERMEDIO. (Para personas habituadas a hacer desniveles de 500-600 metros y/o excursiones de 4-5 horas por terreno irregular de media montaña). **\- Condiciones invernales**: el estado y cantidad de nieve es algo que queda fuera de nuestro alcance. En caso de poca nieve, haremos la misma ruta (o una alternativa similar pero igualmente espectacular) sin raquetas. En Pirineos, será por rutas y paisajes... **\- Andar con raquetas es fácil**: NO se requiere experiencia previa. Sin embargo, debes tener una forma física adecuada para el tipo de rutas mencionadas arriba. \- Las rutas pueden sufrir **cambios en función de las condiciones meteorológicas** y estado del terreno. En caso de mala previsión, se realizarán rutas más cortas y/o resguardadas o se ajustará el orden y el horario del programa. En ningún caso se cancelará la escapada. \- Los participantes se comprometen a estar en condiciones de hacer las rutas y a **comunicar cualquier lesión** que pueda afectar al desarrollo óptimo de la actividad. \- Grupo mínimo: 4 personas\. Join us on Saturday for an hour of uninterrupted wordmaking! • What we'll do Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 10AM on Saturday mornings. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: 10:00 - SESSION 1: quick intros. 10:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour. 11:10 - chat / take off / keep writing. OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 11A-11:30ish. Writing is very solitary. The topic for April is "Water" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect.
