Christian singing circle - Hymns & more for those seeking peace through music
Are you an introvert who loves worship music but prefers a quiet, soulful, low-pressure way to express your heart to God? Come join our Christian Worship Singing gatherings — a small, peaceful space to sing hymns and beautiful modern songs together, destress, and draw closer to the Lord.
What we do each session (1–1.5 hours):
- Gentle warm-ups & simple vocal tips (10–15 mins) — easy breathing and posture to help you sing comfortably
- Sing together 4–6 meaningful songs (40–50 mins) — including timeless hymns and powerful tracks like “Living Hope” (Phil Wickham), “Turn your eyes”, “Amazing Grace”, and other favourites. I’ll lead gently with live accompaniment or quality tracks, and we’ll sing in easy unison or simple harmonies (no pressure to perform)
This is not a performance or choir — it’s a safe, encouraging space for introverts and anyone who wants to worship through song, release stress, and experience God’s presence in community. No experience or music background needed. Come as you are.
Details:
- Fee: $30 per session (PayNow — helps cover venue and simple setup)
- Small, intimate group (3-10 people) to keep it comfortable and personal
- Venue: exact location shared after registration
- Age: 28-55
Whether you need a moment to breathe, lift your voice in praise, or simply rest in familiar worship songs, you’re warmly welcome. Bring a friend who might also appreciate this gentle space.
Limited spots so it stays intimate. DM me to register or ask questions.
Looking forward to worshipping with you! 🙏

Shut Up & Write!™ Easton Town Center
We'll meet at The Capital One Café, 167 Easton Town Center, Space A-103. This is in the main mall where the Microsoft store used to be, on your left if you're standing at the bottom of the AMC Theater escalator.
Join us on Saturday for an hour of uninterrupted wordmaking!
• What we'll do
Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 10AM on Saturday mornings.
Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done.
SCHEDULE:
10:00 - SESSION 1: quick intros.
10:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour.
11:10 - chat / take off / keep writing.
OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 11A-11:30ish. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing.
BEING LATE IS OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check-in with me after the session. (I’ll be the person with the Shut Up & Write! sign.) If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer.
Happy writing and I look forward to seeing you!
• What to bring
Whatever you need to be able to write!
Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want to block noise or the occasional conversation by other patrons. Electrical outlets are limited, so charge your devices before whenever possible.
See you at The Café on Saturday!

Fresh from a brief stay at a psych hospital, reporter Camille Preaker faces a troubling assignment: she must return to her tiny hometown to cover the unsolved murder of a preteen girl and the disappearance of another. For years, Camille has hardly spoken to her neurotic, hypochondriac mother or to the half-sister she barely knows: a beautiful thirteen-year-old with an eerie grip on the town. Now, installed in her old bedroom in her family's Victorian mansion, Camille finds herself identifying with the young victims—a bit too strongly.
Dogged by her own demons, she must unravel the psychological puzzle of her own past if she wants to get the story-and survive this homecoming.
