**What this is** A relaxed group ride around the Olympic Park, followed by a stop for a coffee or pint. The paths are wide, there’s no traffic, and it’s set up so everyone can ride at an easy pace and actually talk to each other. It’s more about meeting women and riding together than doing anything intense. Most women come on their own. That’s completely normal here and we make sure you don’t feel it. Accessible-format life drawing and portrait session with a range of poses from 2 minute tutor-led warm up exercises to 15 mins in the first half of the class with general tips and tuition. In the second half, a long portrait pose of 35-40 mins with a demo/draw-along led by tutor Rod who will show and talk through the process of drawing a portrait in front of the class.
