Moderate to high intensity football
Moderate to high intensity football
Welcome! This football session is for individuals who like playing on moderate to high intensity (run a lot and change position to give player with the ball option to pass). Usually play on a pretty competitive level. Our football skills are average to good. To keep things fair and enjoyable for all, we follow a few simple rules: * **Show up at 07:45** so that you can get checked by the organiser * If you are not checked by the organiser then \*\*1 match penalty applies\*\*(being moved to waitlist) * **No studs** * If you show up with studs, then you wont be allowed to play * No dangerous tackling * If you get tackled, you need to call the foul * In case of handball only people close (1-2m) can call handball * Since we play 12v12, we have offsides (0-1m difference is still tolerated) * No penalties for handball in penalty box(no way of proving handball and please be fair) * In case of handball, the other teams goalkeeper gets the ball

Saturday will be unusually warm for the last day of February. We will meet on the west side of the Pichelsberg S-Bahn station, on the platform, and start the hike from the end point of the tour ("B") (https://www.komoot.com/tour/2692511554). Please prepare for a rather speedy hike. (Bring comfortable shoes, for example.) We will have a break at the café/restaurant in Grunewaldturm. There is also an outdoor seating area with benches and tables where we can enjoy the food we have brought with us. If you need to contact other participants during the hike (for example, to find out where to meet us if you are running late), please use the Signal group link that I will send to all participants via private message three hours before the hike. This timing is intended to prevent non-participants from misusing the link for unwanted advertising, which has happened in the past. Signal also allows us to share our locations during the hike without involuntarily forwarding this information to the intelligence services of authoritarian or non-authoritarian states. For all other purposes, especially socialising and posting photos, please use the Telegram subgroup 'Event Chat & Photos': https://t.me/addlist/KAOk2PA4BDE0ZTY8 . The hike will take place if at least 6 people sign up. As long as there are more than 6 people, you can sign up and cancel as many times as you like. If there are 6 or less people, please avoid cancelling, as this might make the other participants feel insecure about whether the hike will take place (or whether there is something wrong with the hike and they should cancel as well --> [Matthew effect - Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matthew_effect)). If there are less than 6 participants, the hike will also take place unless the majority of the participants are in favor of canceling the hike.
Real Long Term Friendship
Real Long Term Friendship
Nice! You are looking for real long time friendship! You might have already lived in Berlin or other big cities and experienced the "Anonymous" culture for a while. Meeting random people over and over and never see the same person again! In order to find "Real Long Term Friendship" in Berlin, do as follows: * You should not care how many people are joining this meetup. You RVSP. Even if only one person is joining. Because if everyone are waiting for everyone else to RVSP, nobody joins and nobody finds a new friend. * You do not care how many people of the opposite sex are joining. You are looking for friends. Finding the best romantic partner in the world, while avoiding not very attractive others, can be your other goal, for another time. Here we are looking for Friends. Real ones. * You are going to risk a very precious property of yours: Your time! Yes, there are thousands of opportunities in Berlin, there might be a rock concert for free, a birthday party you might miss, an important person might call you and invite you spontaneously, but you never find new friends until you decide to risk your time and meet people anyway. "I will check my calendar and get back to you" also does not work. Commit your time and spend it. Trust me, you won't go bankrupt ;-) * You are ready to use your phone as a real phone! You might have been using your phone as a tablet to visit Instagram and Facebook and watch movies. But if you want to find friends, you must know that people might take your phone number and give you theirs. That means they will Call you! And you have to pick up the phone and answer it. If you want to find new friends, you must be ready to do something really hard for the first time after years: Call people first, and if they called you: Answer your phone! * You are going to meet some people twice! That's the point of friendship. We already can experience random encounters with random people in random places one at a time. But that is not called friendship. If you want friends, you must be ready to meet the same person more than once. If you agree with above, RVSP and COME! You will meet other people who think the same way. P.S: Now that you've read all the way down to here, I suggest you [watch this animation](https://player.vimeo.com/video/547249272?h=22f3dd0f6f).

GLOBALS Tech Festival 2026 (GSTF26) | Barcelona | Pre-MWC | Mar 1, 2026
The GLOBALS Tech Festival 2026 (#GSTF26) on March 1, 2026 in Barcelona is more than just a conference; it is a dynamic gathering where the global tech and growth community comes to connect, learn, and evolve. Think of it as a melting pot where founders, CxOs, operators, investors, and ecosystem builders converge in a relaxed and friendly setting, with the spirit of learning and connecting at its core. 🙂 Taking place in Barcelona right before MWC & 4YFN, this year’s GLOBALS Tech Festival builds on the legacy of the former Global Sales Tech Festival and takes it to the next level: from “just sales” to growth across tech, SaaS, e-commerce, finance, telco, health, marketing and edtech. You will spend a full day surrounded by people who actually get what you are building: exchanging playbooks, testing ideas, and forging collaborations in a laid-back but high-intent environment. Expect stages, curated sessions, and serendipitous encounters that feel more like a festival than a conference. The focus of GLOBALS Tech Festival 2026 is on fostering genuine connections and exchanging fresh, practical ideas over real conversations, accompanied by good food and drinks. 👁 The third eye 👁
👁 The third eye 👁
**👁 The third eye 👁** “*Opening the third eye” means integrating the right and the left. It means bringing together the judgement and discrimination which characterizes the left side with the openness and access to the intuitive world that characterizes the right. It means putting an end both to dry, sterile intellectualization as well as to superstition and “hunches.” It means bringing together these two partial, inaccurate ways of knowledge into an integrated whole that is more profound and penetrating.*” (Swami Rama) **The third eye is a legend - from the (infamous) tales of Lobsang T. Rampa protecting the Dalai Lama by means of clairvoyance - through the mental control centre from the yogic tradition - the myth of how Shiva burned down the God of Love Kama Deva with his third eye - to the stages of awakening and the relationship between heart and mind.** **Let’s share for an afternoon about what the third eye is, and how our practice, our aspirations and experiences might relate to it.** “*When Ma* [the Goddess Tara] *kisses you, though, She will kiss you on your forehead at the location of your third eye, which She causes to open. This is the kiss of enlightenment, the kiss of true Motherhood, and the day Ma gives you this kiss you become filled with Her Divine Intelligence.*” (Vimalananda) 💫 **What this event offers for you:** * Guided Meditations for arriving, calming the mind and tuning into your intuition * Meeting people interested in spirituality (all levels) * Safe Space for sharing - non-hierarchical and non-judgemental * Opportunity to ask just about any question **👀 You may watch one or few of the following Videos for inspiration:** * Sadhguru on "Opening the third eye": [https://youtu.be/b1AiG1a8ft0?si=J3eBFW7r6o_Tw7yd](https://youtu.be/b1AiG1a8ft0?si=J3eBFW7r6o_Tw7yd) * Sri M on "the third eye": [https://youtu.be/sDgL-jRHNXo?si=VC-N9xpXds7NKCK-](https://youtu.be/sDgL-jRHNXo?si=VC-N9xpXds7NKCK-) * Guru Viking Podcast on the infamous Lobsang T. Rampa aka Cyril Hoskin and his book "The third eye": [https://youtu.be/vOfs8Xo9yMg?si=oJu0ndtbl3A-HLFP](https://youtu.be/vOfs8Xo9yMg?si=oJu0ndtbl3A-HLFP) **🧘 About the Organizer** Martin is a certified Mindfulness Teacher, Systemic Coach, Yogi and Altruist by heart who teaches Meditation and Martial Arts in different formats. However, in this meetup Martin focuses on the altruistic intention to open a space for people to share while offering as much facilitation as needed in the moment. “*Trataka is a form of meditation in which one stares fixedly at an object. If done properly trataka can open the third eye. In Treta Yuga people use trataka to obtain prana from the sun; they eat with their eyes. They communicate with glances and make romance with significant looks. This ability exists together with telepathy, which is only possible after the third eye is opened.*” (Vimalananda)

Free In-Person Meeting: Get Over Losses & Betrayals, Build Lasting Relationships
Free In-Person Meeting: Get Over Losses & Betrayals, Build Lasting Relationships
This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships. Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse. Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well. Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Maybe you’ve suffered a betrayal, or are dealing with hostility or criticalness or invalidation. Dwindling relationships can involve destructive behavior, where we hurt those we love, or start succumbing to self-destructive thoughts, attitudes or behaviors that spiral out of control and affect much more than our immediate relationship. Past losses in love or life can affect how we act or react to new people and situations and hold us back from even starting to create new, possibly great relationships! How can one get back onto a saner course of action? Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life: human relationships! Break free from self imposed limitations Here we will discuss: • How to “erase” the trauma of past hurts and betrayals so that one isn’t always repeating past mistakes. • Why and how do the negative emotions of others affect you? • Why is my partner withdrawing and what can I do about it? • Why do we sometimes feel compelled to hurt the ones we love? • Fights & arguments - what's really behind them? • What underlies “corrosive criticism” or the need to invalidate self or others? • How one can stably change one’s outlook on life so they can affect positive change? • Where do compulsive destructive behaviors come from and what can be done about them? • How to form closer bonds & keep growing the relationships with the people you care about? • How to enhance one’s own ability to survive and create positive healthy relationships whether in love, family & friendships or in work, business or one’s career? Relationships can be hard and life itself IS challenging. Why not arm yourself with the knowledge and breakthroughs that have been made about the mind, mental reactions & interpersonal relationships, so that one has better awareness and control over themselves and life in general. Learn where painful experiences are “stored” and how they can unknowingly affect us. You will also find out how one can “erase” those past painful experiences so that one is free to move forward without being tripped up by the past. Learn too, about what can lead some people to become “toxic” personalities and how to identify those traits in others so you won’t be tripped up trusting the wrong person. Our free Meet-ups occur in a safe environment where one can learn, without fear of judgment or criticism, and without the recommendation of harmful mental techniques or therapies, just how YOU can get yourself onto a happier & more successful path: in love & in life. We look forward to having you join us! This class is sponsored by the Dianetics & Scientology Life Improvement Center of Central Ohio.

Humanist Program: Fighting the Efforts to Insert Religion into Public Education
Humanist Program: Fighting the Efforts to Insert Religion into Public Education
The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk. Our March speakers are Molly Gaines and Zack Parrish, co-organizers of the Secular Education Association: They will share their story of how a small group of Ohio parents grew into a national organization tracking released-time religious instruction and other church–state issues in public schools. The presentation will cover SEA’s early wins and hard lessons, what we’re seeing nationally right now, and how local advocates can play a meaningful role in protecting public education. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the landscape — and practical ways to get involved. Going forward our meetings will be hybrid.
