During the yoga session, we'll focus on techniques to promote a pain-free life. Our instructor will guide you through gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation, helping you relieve stress and find inner peace. No prior yoga experience is required, the session is suitable for all levels. After the yoga session, it's time to enjoy a delicious Brunch, to mingle and practice your language skills! Engage in lively conversations with participants from around the world, exchanging languages and cultural knowledge. Meet fellow expats and Spanish locals who are eager to make new connections. Whether you're interested in learning Spanish, French, English, or any other language, this event offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in language learning while having a great time.
