Join us, metalheads of Zurich and its surrounding areas, in our regular Wednesday meetup for some afterwork drinks, chaotic socializing and listening to heavy music! **Where?** The meetup will be held at ***[Ebrietas Bar](https://ebrietas.ch/)*** \- a metal & rock bar located in Zurich's oldtown and boasting a selection of whiskeys\, rum & spirits\, in addition to countless shot creations and over 21 different types of beer\. **When?** The gathering will officially begin at \~7:00pm and normally goes until midnight. Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Safely acclimating the body to cold temperatures requires preparation and gradual exposure.
