Agentic SDLC: Orchestration Patterns that Scale
Agentic SDLC: Orchestration Patterns that Scale
The event will be held in Hebrew **Agenda:** **18:00 -** Gathering, mingling, food + drinks **18:30 -** The Agentic Squad: How to Orchestrate Specialized AI in your SDLC - Tomer Brook - Senior Engineering Manager, monday.com **19:00 -** From AI Assistants to Autonomous Workflows: Orchestrating the SDLC - Yuval Hazaz- Founder and CEO, Overcut **Abstracts:** **Talk 1:** The Agentic Squad: How to orchestrate speicalized AI in your SDLC - Tomer Brook - Senior Engineering Manager, monday.com The future of R&D isnโ€™t a single chatbot, itโ€™s a squad of specialized agents working side-by-side with developers. In this talk, weโ€™ll show how monday.com is solving the "Orchestration Gap" using our internal Co-Work solution. We will cover the technical hurdles of building these workflows: managing shared memory, creating tight feedback loops, and the critical role of Evals. You'll learn how to stop being the "line cook" and start being the "Chef" of your codebase. **Talk 2:** From AI Assistants to Autonomous Workflows: Orchestrating the SDLC - Yuval Hazaz- Founder & CEO, Overcut While most AI tools focus on helping individual developers write code faster, the real challenge starts at the organizational level. How do you automate workflows across multiple repositories, tools, and teamsโ€”without losing control? In this talk, Yuval will explore how autonomous agents can operate across the entire SDLC, executing real tasks from Jira to GitHub, while staying aligned with company standards, approvals, and policies. The session will highlight practical use cases like automated code changes, CI fixes, and workflow optimizationโ€”alongside the architectural decisions required to make AI reliable in production. **Speaker Bios:** **Yuval Hazaz- Founder and CEO, Overcut** Yuval Hazaz is the Founder and CEO of Overcut, an agentic SDLC orchestration platform that enables organizations to automate and govern software development workflows using autonomous AI agents. Previously, Yuval founded Amplication (open-source 16K+ GitHub stars), where he helped platform and engineering teams standardize backend development. Today, he focuses on bringing AI into the full software lifecycleโ€”from ticket triage and root cause analysis to code changes, CI fixes, and documentationโ€”while maintaining enterprise-grade control, security, and visibility.

Everywhere else, they're expensive, slow, and painful. We'll show how we collapsed our entire service fleet into a single process โ€” first to replace our mock-heavy tests with fast, real E2E tests that boot every service in-process; then to slash Kubernetes dev environment costs by replacing a pod-per-service with a single pod; and finally to enable fully local development with instant feedback, zero deploy cycles, and real debugging. Same architecture, three wins. โ€‹ **Stav Levinger \| Senior Full Stack Engineer \| Riskified** โ€‹Unblocking the Node.js Event Loop: Real-World Troubleshooting In a NodeJS Consumer โ€‹What happens when a perfectly healthy and robust Node.js service suddenly stops responding, fails its health checks and gets killed by Kubernetes? โ€‹In this talk, Iโ€™ll share a real production incident from a high-throughput, Kafka-driven system, where a single consumer began collapsing under unusually large datasets. โ€‹What initially looked like a routine performance issue quickly turned into a deeper investigation: growing lag, stalled processing, misleading signals, and a bottleneck hiding far from where we first looked. โ€‹Weโ€™ll walk through the debugging journey step by step, examine practical profiling techniques to narrow down the search, and ultimately uncover the real root cause. โ€‹**Or Kaplan \| Director of Engineering \| Remitly Israel** โ€‹Implementing Distributed locking algorithms in Node.js โ€‹Description โ€‹Protecting shared sensitive shared resources from race conditions is hard enough when running in a single process. Let's make it harder: how do you do it in a distributed system? Scale it up and run it in a production system that serves millions of transactions. See where weโ€™re going here? โ€‹In this talk, I will take you along our journey of implementing distributed locks in Node.js, how they broke, and how we evolved our algorithm over time to support thousands of requests per second in a mission-critical financial system. We will discuss different ways to implement distributed locking, using different tools and approaches. Learn how to improve performance to support more than 10,000 transactions per second which are all trying to access the same resource while running workflows on multiple data centers and how to verify it doesnโ€™t break. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- โ€‹โ€‹ Kindly be informed that attendance at the meetup is on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. GitOps: Easy Deploy and Even Easier Rollback
GitOps: Easy Deploy and Even Easier Rollback
On Thursday, May 21, 2026, we will meet at the 700N Conference Room at 700 N Hurstbourne Pkwy. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., and the presentations will begin sharply at 6:30 p.m. Along with an excellent presentation, TEKsystems will provide food. Please RSVP so we know how much food to order. Afterward, we will go to Brick House Tavern for drinks and food to continue the conversation. The session will also be broadcast at https://twitch.tv/TaleLearnCode. ### **GitOps: Easy Deploy and Even Easier Rollback** GitOps isn't just for containers. The methodology of deploying from a build is now baked into our culture. Take it a touch farther with infrastructure as code and a few extra techniques, and you can reliably deploy to any platform: cloud, on-prem, container, PaaS, and more. Join us as we learn the methodology of GitOps, the critical pieces you need in place, and the elegance of rollbacks with GitOps. You'll leave with a working repo of deployment techniques that doesn't consume any paid tools or container-specific techniques.
