Flow class is a style of yoga that is moving from one posture to another posture in synchronizing with our breath. The class will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Flow Yoga These may include standing poses, balances, inversions, and peak poses. Then the class will end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based yoga poses. This year to help support Night of Noise we will be having an open collaging event with the community at the Westerville Public Library. Feel free to stop on by anytime between 2:00-5:00pm to create lovely collages with us! Let us bring together community, uplift our voices, and create. All supplies needed will be provided.
