For businesses whose success depends on digital products, the way Product works through discovery, design, development, and launch can make all the difference. In this talk, Anneli will walk through the key components of working with Product as a company grows, highlighting the questions, decisions, and actions that need to evolve at each phase. Drawing on case stories from European businesses, she will share where teams often get stuck, and what helps them scale more successfully. In this talk, Tobias will tackle those questions head-on, using real-life examples from Visma e-conomic, Denmark’s largest accounting platform serving more than 270,000 customers. It is an honest look at what is changing, what still matters, and what designers should be thinking about now. Viviane and Xavier are visiting from the Unity Montreal office, and they have kindly offered to give a talk about using machine learning inference in Unity games (actually same talk which will also be given internally) **Xavier Désilets** \- Senior Software Developer\, Unity **Viviane Rochon Montplaisir** \- Senior Software Developer\, Unity Are you a game dev who keeps hearing words like "tensors" and "logits" and quietly alt-tabs back to your prefab folder? This session is for you. In the first half, we'll do a fast, practical ML 101 specifically for game developers. We'll cover what tensors actually are (in human language), quantization, how model graphs work, and what to make of different model formats. In the second half, we'll focus on the decisions you have to make to ship something: how to pick a model size that won't set your players' fans on fire, what formats and hardware are supported, and how to think about speed vs. quality. We'll walk through real-world input and output pipelines. We'll ground this with currently available Unity Sentis samples. This session sits exactly in that tension. We’ll take a real Figma design and use Cursor to turn it into a working website - not as a demo, but as a hands-on session where you’ll work through it yourself. Where it’s smooth, you’ll feel it. Once we are all seated, we introduce ourselves and start cutting and pasting.
 • 1s hour- the first round of collage is called freestyle to help us warm up. No restrictions, start finding images to cut out and paste.
 • 2nd hour - for the second round, someone proposes some simple "trigger instructions".
In the end, we show our collages and appreciate the diversity of styles.
 • After the session, we have the option to extend it a bit to get a drink or some food we can bring or order food so we can hang out a bit more. (Mellemrummet is very relaxing regarding bringing your own food from home or other venues; there is a poke place right in front.) Everyone is free to do fewer or more collages as wished, the triggers and frameworks are only a reference. We dedicate some time to appreciating techniques, shapes, colours, and textures to learn and get inspired by each other. Alongside, we chat and relax.
These sessions are not a class but rather a community gathering. We try to nurture a friendly atmosphere and take care of each other. --
Logistics:
• Bring your tools - paper, scrapbook, scissors, cutter, glue, tape, magazines, books, etc. Have it at your side on the day.
• Buy your favourite drink and introduce yourself to the rest of the people, we are kind of an international mix of all ages

We meet on Saturdays late mornings to have a casual, meaningful conversation on topics of interest to everyone chosen on the spot by majority voting. So please feel free to propose your own topic! Everyone is welcome to talk, but if you prefer to just join and listen, that is perfect too. As the contacted cafés usually only give reservations to eating guests, it is very welcome if you order something to eat during our stay. This is however not mandatory. This event is in English. The exact place can still change.

What about starting the weekend relaxed with a coffee and meeting other photographers? Everyone is invited to pass by, meet other members, exchange ideas and expand your network.
