Instead, you’ll learn product management by *doing it* — through a hands-on board game experience: *Fix the Flow*. **The Game** *Fix the Flow* is a collaborative simulation where teams take on the role of a product team. Your goal: deliver as much value as possible to your customers over 5 sprints (25 cycles in total). Value is only delivered when features are fully completed — and getting there won’t be easy. **Co-working for writers in Amager!** Join us for an hour of focused writing time. All writers and all experience levels are welcome and don’t worry, no one will see what you've written. This session is about getting your writing done and meeting other writers in the area. We meet in this lovely spacious café, chilled out, usually not very busy at this time, with an on-site bakery of delicious pastries. Once everyone is here and settled, I will lead a quick introduction, and then set the timer for our quiet and focused writing session. After the hour is up feel free to chat / take off / keep writing if you're on a roll. We often talk about our successes and challenges as writers, and it can be a great way to learn from eachother. **A note about the format** We don’t host critiques or readings. Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at our Copenhagen Shut Up & Write! sessions. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, résumé, melody, poem, or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: - 15 minutes of hellos and getting settled; maybe some quick intros. - Then, the timer starts! : writing for 1 hour. - After the hour is up... chat / take off / keep writing, if you're on a roll. OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens once the hour of writing is complete. Writing can be very solitary... connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. **Total Eclipse of the Chart: School Redistricting Dashboards** In this presentation, we will explore the utilization of maps, sets, and SQL within a Tableau dashboard to help provide “what-if” analyses generated through the use of a mapped dashboard, providing different scenarios and the potential implications of these. While in this use case we are focused on a large school district, the concepts of utilizing existing data to explore the future impacts of modifying different geographic boundaries can be useful to many industries, balancing the mix of maps with visual analytics. **About Our Speaker** Robert Kramer is the Data Systems and State Reporting Coordinator at South Western City Schools in Grove City. He has worked there for 17 years, serving previously in the roles of Data Analyst, Programmer, and Operations Coordinator.
