In this hands-on workshop, you'll go from zero to a fully deployed multi-agent system on AWS — no prior AgentCore experience needed. We'll build a real multi-agent research assistant, step by step: \- Deploy your first AI agent using the Strands framework and BedrockAgentCoreApp — running in the cloud in minutes \- Orchestrate multiple agents with the A2A \(Agent\-to\-Agent\) protocol\, a cloud\-agnostic standard that lets agents discover and call each other securely via IAM \- Connect external tools — wire in PubMed via MCP Gateway\, deploy a citation manager as a Lambda function\, and expose your own MCP server By the end you'll have a working orchestrator agent that routes queries to a search specialist, calls real APIs, and manages citations — all running on AgentCore Runtime with proper IAM permissions and CloudWatch observability. What to bring: \- Laptop with Python 3\.11\+ and AWS CLI installed \- An AWS account \(free tier works for most of the workshop\) Skill level: Intermediate — some Python and basic AWS familiarity helpful. **Heide Museum of Modern Art & Gardens** Our Sunday Walk this week takes us back to the beautiful Heide Sculpture Gardens and Park on the banks of the Yarra River. An integral part of Heide is its Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and the grounds featuring outdoor sculptures. With a long history as an artist's retreat and landscape gardens, Heide is a special place for a Sunday Walk. **Start**: Meet at Heide main entrance, off Templestowe Road, Bulleen. We'll meet at the large sculpture display outside the Gallery Shop at the entrance to MoMA. (see main picture here). Note the slightly later Start Time: **9.15 AM** **Parking:** Turn off Templestowe Rd and head for the Lower Carpark (follow signs). If this carpark is full, drive past and follow the road to Banksia Park where there's plenty of extra space, then walk back to the Kitchen. **The Walk**: We'll walk the gardens and parkland of the adjacent Banksia Park before heading back to the Kitchen Cafe for brunch. It's a slightly shorter walk than our usual (about 4 Km) but includes some hilly sections. **Toilets**: Throughout the Park and at the Kitchen area. **Coffee**: At the Heide Kitchen Cafe, where we can also enjoy brunch if you wish.

Whether you’re new to the hobby or a seasoned painter, this event invites you to raise something from the dead and make it your own. Learn techniques for painting bone, decay, ghostly effects, and weathered armor while diving into the lore and battlefield role of undead factions. From shambling skeletons to cursed revenants, you’ll bring a lifeless model to unholy existence. All supplies are provided, space is limited, and the dead are waiting to rise.

However, if you bring your camera we can test it for compatibility with the studio lights.* Bondage elements can add an extra layer of emotion and artistry to your images. Sample images on the internet are however dominated by BDSM style shots that are often sexualized and emphasize the model being in distress. In this demonstration Rachel and I show ways to use bondage elements in an artistic way. We explore the types of accessories that work best in artistic images and the best way to photograph them. Our model is Rachel Adams, an internationally known fetish model with many years of experience in this genre.

We’re still working to get more people into these Meetups, but our goal is to give PlayYourCourt members a few social tennis outings each week in addition to your practice sessions and Challenge League matches.
