Last year, we kicked off our workout journey at the Hoi Bun Rd Park with a small group of ~-10 dedicated regulars. But now, we're ready to amp it up with Fitfam and fill that Thursday void with some serious fitness fun! 🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️ 
And hey, it's not just about the sweat and muscles (although those are definitely a bonus). It's also a fantastic opportunity to expand your network 🕸🕸🕸 and mingle with like-minded professionals in the area, e.g. folks at the Citi Tower, Quayside, and more! 🌇🏙🌇 
So, what's in store for you during our workout session? Get ready for a heart-pumping, calorie-crushing 1-hour HIIT/CrossFit extravaganza suitable for all fitness levels. 🥇🥈🥉 Don't forget to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated, and if you have a yoga mat lying around, feel free to bring it along (totally optional though).

Often it's a bright coloured t-shirt or something orange themed. Have a look at past photos of meetups to recognise him. Moreover, we usually stand close to the bar. **Venue** 📍 **The Beer Bay** is an **outdoor kiosk/bar**, situated at the walkway between the Central Ferry Piers, at the ground level **entrance of Central Ferry Pier #4** (to Lamma Island). There's plenty of space to stand, and various places to get drinks. Usually lots of people in conversation, and an overall casual and relaxed atmosphere. In summer it can get hot and sweaty, and winter a bit cold, but drinks are refreshing and nothing beats that skyline! **Toilets** 🚻 There is a public toilet at the end of the piers near pier 2, or you could walk to the IFC shopping mall nearby. **Drinks** 🍺🍷🍹🥤 The Beer Bay serves refreshing alcoholic drinks, such as cold drafts, wine and plenty of mixers too.
