Wim Hof Method
It's better when we're together. Come and experience the power of the WHM with a wonderful group of people. We breathe, we go into the cold and we teach our bodies to heat up properly. We develop resilience and the mindset to use these powerful healing tools over and over again, all year round. This gathering is fully guided by Wim Hof instructor Steve Beattie.
If you are new to this, come on down, enjoy the support and practice in a safe way with us. If you already have a WHM practice this meetup is a great way to take it to the next level, and make lots of new friends.
There will be a fire, snacks and drinks shared by other attendees. We have been doing this 6 for years!

In Good Company – Saturday Walk & Coffee (Rosedale → Brick Works)
A simple way to meet new people and spend a relaxed Saturday morning outdoors.
This is a new, small meetup series — first walks are now starting.
We’ll meet just outside the main entrance of Rosedale Subway Station at street level (I’ll be standing near the exit and easy to spot), and walk through Rosedale onto the ravine trails toward Evergreen Brick Works, finishing with coffee and conversation.
The format is simple — just a walk, fresh air, and easy conversation.
Most people come on their own, so you’ll likely not be the only new face.
It’s a smaller group by design, which makes it easier to talk and connect without it feeling overwhelming.
Conversations can stay light or go a bit deeper depending on what feels natural — there’s no agenda or structure.
**Timing**
• Meet: 11:00–11:15am at Rosedale Station
• Walk: \~40 minutes at an easy pace
• Coffee: around midday at Brick Works
You’re welcome to join for the full walk or meet us at the café.
If you’re running late, feel free to join us along the route or meet at the café.
If it’s raining heavily, we’ll skip the walk and meet directly at Brick Works instead - the Pop-up Cafe inside the Young Centre at Brick Works. In case it rains, I will update this invite on the morning of the event day.
I’ll be there to welcome everyone and keep things relaxed and easy.
Looking forward to meeting you.

Toronto Vegan Climbing - Joe Rockhead's
Join us at our vegan-friendly social climbing session!
We welcome all vegans, vegetarians, or anyone who is curious about the lifestyle and/or interested in eating more plant-based.
No climbing experience is necessary. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a first-time climber, all are welcome. We will be bouldering, top roping, and using autobelays - feel free to join whichever activity you're interested in!
For those who are climbing for the first time, not to worry as it is quick to pick up and we are happy to provide some pointers on technique. You can boulder or use the autobelays after getting a quick orientation from the staff at the gym. For top roping, we're happy to belay any of our attendees.
**Fees**:
* $28 admission fee, plus rentals
Climbing shoes are strongly recommended (disclaimer: rental shoes are not vegan as they contain suede/leather). Harnesses are only necessary for top roping and autobelay, but we encourage you to try it!
* Shoe rental: $7.50
* Harness rental: $7.50
Remember to sign the [waiver](https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5acbb8d9c6cc8/web/) before you hit the rocks! You can sign the waiver online or in person once you arrive.
Happy climbing! 🧗♂️🌱
Note: Clean indoor shoes are allowed to be worn, however we highly recommend using climbing shoes otherwise your experience will be negatively impacted.

Columbus Comedy Improv Meetup at Gresso's!
Whether you've never done improv before, or you've done it for so long you knew Del Close on a personal level, or anywhere in between, come join us! Swing by *Gresso's* for the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup** for some fun and games!
The idea behind improv is to create entire scenes from scratch based on a suggestion from the audience. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*. Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and free!) weekly comedy event, brings the games (and occasionally different forms) for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. Not only is it a lot of fun, but you get to work on thinking faster on your feet, plus it's an excellent way to meet new people and make friendships that'll last a lifetime!
Ask yourself if you want to join the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup**, and say "Yes, And" that you'll have fun!
