Meet up, Warm up, and Get Moving to Get Fit :)
We will start the session with some light stretching exercises to warm us up, and help to prepare us for the run. The pace of the run will be steady, depending on who is running with us on the day.
Days when we have a large group we may break into multiple groups, each operating independently at their own pace.
Saturdays are good for intermediate runners, and is usually a 10km run, again at a steady pace.
If you're looking to get into running, come along on Tuesday or Thursday mornings and I will coach you, at your pace, to get you up to running (jogging) to 5km without stops. The only thing I will ask, if you're a beginner, is that you're able to walk for approx 30 minutes at a relaxed pace.
PLEASE NOTE: That, if you RSVP a particular event, then please ensure that you attend, as there may be other members relying on you for company on the run.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any run or activity that you participate in with the group will be at your own risk.
Usually we have a post run (after our cool down) coffee in the Dash container at the Hole in the Wall pub.

Clontarf Evening Seafront Prom walk
Hi ๐โโ๏ธ we will meet at 7pm at โthe Sailsโ sculpture.
We will walk along the seafront prom to the wooden bridge and back & stop for a drink & chat in the Yacht pub.

**What happens if I'm late?**
We encourage anyone who is late to still join the tour, after you get a ticket you will get an email that will have instructions.๐ฉ
**What happens if it rains?**
All tours proceed even if it's raining, please bring an umbrella or rain jacket just in case.โ
**Is this wheelchair accessible?**
Unfortunately parts of the tour are not accessible everyone. Limited by cobbled streets and stairs throughout, please call ahead with any concerns.
**I can't attend? Can I get a refund?**
We need 5 days notice to issue a refund so if you don't think you can attend please let us know as soon as possible. We are a small independent business and rely on small groups to make these tours possible.
**Can I swap my ticket?**
Again as a small business our guides rely on these tours to support their livelihood. We cannot swap tickets unless you give us 5 days notice. You can transfer your ticket to another person to attend in your place.
**Should I Tip?**
If you enjoy it you can tip your guide if you want! Our guides keep all tips from tours so it gives artists and creatives a chance to do something they love.
Golden Hour by the Sea | Skerries Photo Walk
Let's have some fun exploring one of County Dublin's seaside towns in the evening light.
We'll meet at the **Skerries Sea Memorial**, at **17:00**. A nearby cafรฉ, Goat in the Boat, is open until 6pm, so we can have a tea or coffee before the walk. Ideally we'll start walking along the south beach by 17:30, and I will be starting the walk at 17:35 sharp, as Golden hour is set to start (officially) at 17:40 that day.
If we're lucky with the weather and it isn't too cloudy, we'll be able to photograph the Skerries Islands basked in the soft golden light of the setting sun. If it happens to be overcast, we'll go for the walk anyway and make the most of it.

That computer must be adequately configured to run the latest version of Photoshop available in Adobe's Creative Cloud software suite (as of the time of this document, that version is Photoshop 2025 (Version 26.9.0)). Photoshop should be installed and operational before the commencement of the workshop. Please don't hesitate to contact me PRIOR TO THE WORKSHOP to confirm that you are indeed prepared for doing the hands-on exercises during the workshop.
GENERAL WORKSHOP NOTES:
There is a fee of $400 per person associated with this workshop. The Photoshop Bootcamp workshop comprises two sessions (Session 01, November 22nd, and Session 02, November 23rd). The $400 fee covers participation in both sessions.
For scheduling purposes, on Meetup.com, the workshop is broken up into two (2) sessions. You only need to sign up for Session 01 (November 22nd), you will AUTOMATICALLY be signed up for Session 02 (November 23rd).
The following registration/cancellation policy is in place for this workshop:
* The workshop fee is due upon signing up for the event. You will be contacted shortly after you register to make arrangements for processing payment.
* Participant cancellations before October 22nd are entitled to a FULL refund of the workshop fee. GENERAL WORKSHOP NOTES:
There is a fee of $400 per person associated with this workshop. The Photoshop Bootcamp workshop comprises two sessions (Session 01, November 22nd, and Session 02, November 23rd). The $400 fee covers participation in both sessions.
For scheduling purposes, on Meetup.com, the workshop is broken up into two (2) sessions. You only need to sign up for Session 01 (November 22nd), you will AUTOMATICALLY be signed up for Session 02 (November 23rd).
The following registration/cancellation policy is in place for this workshop:
* The workshop fee is due upon signing up for the event. You will be contacted shortly after you register to make arrangements for processing payment.
* Participant cancellations before October 22nd are entitled to a FULL refund of the workshop fee. Participant cancellations after October 22nd, but before November 15th, are entitled to a 50% refund of the workshop fee. Participant who cancel **after November 15th** will not be entitled to a refund of their workshop fee.
A continental breakfast is available each morning of the workshop (Session 01, November 22nd, Session 02, November 23rd) and includes coffee, tea, juice, and water.
Lunch time (12:00 - 1:00 p.m.) features a catered lunch on each day of the workshop (Session 01, November 22nd, Session 02, November 23rd) and includes a selection of beverages such as coffee, iced tea, soda, and sports drinks.
