Our suggestion is to take a physical examination and get suggestions from your doctor, and medicines like aspirin is helpful to ease the headache. (drinking coke is also helpful). While in Tibet, you should **keep warm all the time**, avoid running, drink more water and eat more vegetables and carbohydrates. We suggest you to not take showers during the first day after your arrival at Tibet. If you don’t feel well, get help from your tour guide or go to the hospital without any delay.

I’m visiting Shanghai from Tokyo and thought it would be fun to organize a small community run while I’m here. We’ll meet near **Jing'an Temple** and run together through some of the most charming streets in the area, including the historic neighborhood of **Anfu Road**.
