Suitable for players building consistency, improving rallies, and gaining match confidence.
**Skill Level**
Open to developing to intermediate players who can rally at a basic–moderate level and are eager to improve.
Participants should have a basic understanding of the game rules and maintain fair play and sportsmanship.

Join us for a practical endurance training session designed to build back strength, overall stamina, and backpack carrying efficiency, perfect for those preparing for long-distance hikes and treks.
We will tackle a mix of trail and stair climbs to simulate the kind of effort and strain experienced during multi-day hikes. This session focuses on consistency, not speed, ideal for beginners and experienced hikers alike who want to train smart.

**ONLY for people who are keen to HIKE & EXPLORE beyond the limit !!**
**Gunung Nuang via Pangsun** (compared to the other trail starting from Janda Baik) is a tougher trail but rewarding hike, best suited for Intermediate hiker who is looking for next challenge and or experienced hikers who need to do some training.
Gunung Nuang is well known for its steep sections, river crossings, and lush rainforest.
The hike begins with a notoriously long stretch — about 5 km of almost flat trail — before it turns into a steep, unrelenting climb. It can be muddy and humid, definitely testing both stamina and mental strength.
But once you reach the summit, the effort is totally worth it, with rewarding views — plus the bonus of friendly squirrels coming by to say hello 🐿️
The mountain itself is the 2nd highest mountain in Selangor with a height of 1,493 meters and is part of the Titiwangsa Mountains after gunung Semangkok 1,824 m.
