Our games focus on having great team play, where the teams work together to advance the disk down the field. It's more important to work well together as a team than have a few star players get a point with lucky shots. For this reason, players of all skill levels (especially those who have never played) are welcome to join Bring plenty of water, shoes you can run in and comfortable clothing that can get a bit dirty. Ancient cultures saw this as a moment of powerful solar energy, inviting reflection, growth, and awakening. The Summer Solstice represents the culmination or peak of the Sun’s journey in this Solar Year. The subtle solar energies of the Sun and the Yang energy are at their maximum. All the seeds that were planted at the time of the Spring Equinox begin to fructify in the Highest Light, both in Nature and also in our Inner Universe, according to our Spiritual Aspirations and the Seeds we planted inside ourselves. The Summer Solstice is a time of Celebration that gave rise to the many festivals and celebration around the world, some of which still continue to this day. This highest peak of the Sun, which also represents the Maximum of Light and Consciousness favours an awakening or deepening into the essence of our Consciousness – the inner light within or the Immortal Self, ATMAN.
