As women we often feel unsafe in our sensual and sexual expression. Afraid that it might be seen as an invitation or that it will be used against us. The truth is that when a woman is connected to these parts of herself, she is immensely powerful.
When you think of a lap dance, you might think of a strip club where men seem to have the power and women are dancing for their pleasure. **This workshop aims to redefine the dynamics of a lap dance** where the dancer dances for his or her own pleasure while the receiver holds space for their process. Together we explore the qualities that support or diminish your sensual expression. The goal is not to seduce the receiver - though whenever you are fully dropped in, this becomes inevitable.
**This is a Tantra inspired event.** The dynamics of a lap dance offer a perfect representation of the eternal love story between Shiva (divine masculine) and Shakti (the divine feminine). In this workshop we will play with masculine and feminine energy - exploring their qualities and how they interact and fuel one another. Youâll be invited to embody both.
This is not a dance class where you learn steps. You are always invited to follow your own flow, exploring your unique expression. **Become a more fully and expressed version of yourself and discover yourself through the art of lap dance.**

**About Workshop 2**
The spine is the central axis of the body â a living pathway for movement, expression, and inner vitality.
In this special **International Womenâs Day** workshop, we explore fluid, wave-like movements that awaken flexibility, vitality, and softness along the spine.
Through slow, continuous sequences inspired by natural rhythms, we gently mobilize the back, shoulders, and entire body. The movements are circular, serpentine, and grounded â encouraging the spine to move freely and the body to reconnect with its natural flow.
This session supports you in:
* releasing stiffness and control
* improving mobility and coordination in a gentle way
* reconnecting with sensual, natural movement
You are invited to move at your own pace, listening to your body and allowing sensation to guide you. There is no choreography to perform and nothing to get right â only an exploration of how your body wants to move when given time and space.
The workshop concludes with a **Full Yogic Relaxation**, allowing the nervous system to settle and the experience to integrate deeply.
This is an invitation to move with life rather than against it â softly, fluidly, and with awareness.

This group is dedicated to **Conscious Connected Breathwork**, a powerful somatic practice for deep emotional release (nervous system release). Intense states of awareness are possible.
Through **conscious, connected breathing**, rhythmic music, and guided facilitation, participants are invited to access deeper layers of awareness, release stored stress and emotions, and reconnect with their inner resources.
There are **no substances involved**. The work is grounded, body-based, and trauma-aware.

### This group is for you if you want to:
* release stress, tension, and emotional blockages
* explore non-ordinary states of consciousness through breath

Do you relate to Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS)? Want to hang out with like-minded people? Not sure but want to find out more? Then come and join us for a walk / picnic at Treptower Park.
There is no fixed plan for the route. We can first walk along the water towards Insel der Jugend and then see if we want to sit somewhere down on the lawn. It's best to bring something to sit on, like a blanket or yoga mat. We can play some cards, have a picnic, or just talk about your favorite HSP topic.

Traumasensitive Meditation, 1 h â Denizen Coworking
**Meditation â One Hour of Presence (All levels) by STUDIO B (https://www.studio-bewusstseinserfahrungen.de/)**
This one-hour meditation session is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
We begin with a short and gentle breathwork exercise to regulate the body, calm the nervous system, and bring attention inward. This prepares the transition into meditation.
This is followed by a 15â20 minute introduction to the meditation practice. During this phase, I explain the core principles of meditation and assign each participant a personal meditation task, tailored to their individual level of experience. The intention of this part is to create clarity, inner orientation, and a sense of safety for the silent practice.
We then enter a first phase of silent meditation.
After approximately 15â20 minutes, the silence is intentionally interrupted by a short walking meditation. This is not a break, but a conscious transition that integrates the body, releases restlessness, and deepens presence.
Afterwards, we return to silent meditation. Each participant practices independently with their personal instruction, within a calm and supportive space.
This session invites you to cultivate presence, quiet the mind, and either deepen an existing meditation practice or begin one in a grounded and accessible way.
**Open to all levels. No prior experience required.**

**Purpose of this first phase:** to create inner orientation, clarity, and a sense of safety for silent meditation.
**3\. Silent Meditation â Phase I \| 15â20 minutes**
Guided entry into silent meditation with individual practice.
**4\. Walking Meditation \| 5â8 minutes**
Mindful walking meditation as a conscious transition.
Integration of the body, release of restlessness, deepening of presence.
**5\. Silent Meditation â Phase II \| 10â15 minutes**
Return to silence.
Deepening the practice after movement.
**Optional: Short Closing \| 2â3 minutes**
Gentle return and integration.

Women's Yoga: cycle awareness
Women's Yoga is a gentle, nourishing practice designed to support the health of the female body. The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month.
Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease.
This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance.
Women's Yoga offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and trust in your natural cycles.
Come as you are.
Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.

Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt.
