Our meetup is relatively unstructured. Groups often form organically and evolve and move throughout the evening consisting of members learning Chinese/German, members who are fluent/native, and the rest who are here to socialize in whatever language they're comfortable with and jumping into whichever conversation they find themselves in.
We try our best to fulfil everyone's expectations so we can all benefit from the meetup and have a good time; if you have any suggestions or ideas (such as outings!) please don't hesitate to let us know! :)

These sessions are for anyone whoâs curious about **Tantra as a path for healing, expansion and connection.** Whether you are looking for an opportunity to explore yourself in a deeper way, to connect authentically with others, to find wholesome nourishment or, to be inspired; this Living Tantra workshop series provides a regular moment of connection with yourself, with others and with the teachings of Tantra.
**Modern Tantra but different**; this is not a temple nor a massage. These are heart-centered journeys inviting you to explore different facets of yourself so you may become a wider, fuller and more liberated version of yourself.
**Non-duality**
This time, we enter the paradox of **Non-duality through Duality.**
Tantra as a spiritual path points us toward realizing the absolute truth: the blissful union of Shiva and Shakti â the divine masculine and divine feminine as one. Non-dual. We may also call this yin and yang, awareness and energy, presence and love. These apparent opposites are the creative forces that manifest our universe. We can witness them everywhere: light and darkness, inhale and exhale, high tide and low tide, electric and magnetic.
As human beings, we carry both of these energies within ourselves. We all have masculine and feminine qualities. Becoming aware of how these aspects live in us â and how they interact â opens the door to profound healing and growth. Noticing how they play out in our chemistry and relationships can bring us deeper fulfilment and aliveness.
Yet, as humans, we often want to label and separate: good or bad, pretty or ugly, masculine or feminine. Tantra invites us to step beyond these mental boxes. The ultimate reality reveals itself when we release such concepts and rest in the spaciousness of what

You probably heard this question a million times. Well, at least I did.
From my own experience of attending over 200 international meetups in various countries such as Germany, Japan, Australia and Thailand, I can tell you that asking for the name is a better approach.

If you really want to connect with like-minded people you should remember their name, but you don't have to remember every persons name you've talked you. Be picky about that, don't be me who can somehow remember everyones name easily.
Don't tell yourself sth. like "I'm bad at remembering names." It's all about developing the habit of asking for a name and keep the conversation going on.
Furthermore, you want to learn German or any other language. Learning the local language is crucial to connect with the locals and developing a true friendship.

**About**
At this special time of the year, the day is almost equal with the night. This moment in the yearly cycle symbolizes a state of harmony that brings about a beneficial transformation in Nature as well as in our beings. Everything awakens to life after the period of âconservation and accumulationâ of the winter.
Especially during this period, a process of purification spontaneously takes place both in our physical body, and in some of our subtle bodies. As a result of this phenomenon, a state of inner tranquillity and peace, of mental and emotional balancing gradually settles in the sphere of our consciousness.
From an esoteric point of view, this moment of balance represents a very favourable moment to come into a state of resonance with the glorious androgynous condition â the mystical state of harmony that under certain conditions can manifest in our inner universe between the complementary aspects of our being (Yin and Yang, feminine and masculine, inner and outer, anima and animus, etc).
It is not a coincidence that, especially in this time of silent rebirth and mysterious regeneration of nature, most animals mate, plants begin to sprout and bud, and, step by step, one after another, the seeds/germs of life are being reborn all around us.

Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease.
This walk is a simple reset.
We meet in Berlinâs Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment.
