A nourishing space for self-reflection and growth. Explore the principles of Tantra through direct experience and **welcome a more liberated version of yourself.**
Living Tantra is a workshop series created for those who wish to deepen their exploration of Tantra. Inspired by ancient Tantric philosophy, each gathering takes us into a new theme through embodiment, meditation, energy practices and more.
These sessions are for anyone who’s curious about **Tantra as a path for healing, expansion and connection.** Whether you are looking for an opportunity to explore yourself in a deeper way, to connect authentically with others, to find wholesome nourishment or, to be inspired; this Living Tantra workshop series provides a regular moment of connection with yourself, with others and with the teachings of Tantra.
**Modern Tantra but different**; this is not a temple nor a massage. These are heart-centered journeys inviting you to explore different facets of yourself so you may become a wider, fuller and more liberated version of yourself.
**Non-duality**
This time, we enter the paradox of **Non-duality through Duality.**
Tantra as a spiritual path points us toward realizing the absolute truth: the blissful union of Shiva and Shakti — the divine masculine and divine feminine as one. Non-dual. We may also call this yin and yang, awareness and energy, presence and love. These apparent opposites are the creative forces that manifest our universe. We can witness them everywhere: light and darkness, inhale and exhale, high tide and low tide, electric and magnetic.
As human beings, we carry both of these energies within ourselves. We all have masculine and feminine qualities. Becoming aware of how these aspects live in us — and how they interact — opens the door to profound healing and growth. Noticing how they play out in our chemistry and relationships can bring us deeper fulfilment and aliveness.
Yet, as humans, we often want to label and separate: good or bad, pretty or ugly, masculine or feminine. Tantra invites us to step beyond these mental boxes. The ultimate reality reveals itself when we release such concepts and rest in the spaciousness of what
**In this edition of Living Tantra, you will be invited to:**

Whenever you attend a meetup, the most common as well as first question you get is: "Where are you from?"
You probably heard this question a million times. Well, at least I did.
From my own experience of attending over 200 international meetups in various countries such as Germany, Japan, Australia and Thailand, I can tell you that asking for the name is a better approach.
“A person’s name is to that person, the sweetest, most important sound in any language.” - Dale Carnegie
If you really want to connect with like-minded people you should remember their name, but you don't have to remember every persons name you've talked you. Be picky about that, don't be me who can somehow remember everyones name easily.
Don't tell yourself sth. like "I'm bad at remembering names." It's all about developing the habit of asking for a name and keep the conversation going on.
Furthermore, you want to learn German or any other language. Learning the local language is crucial to connect with the locals and developing a true friendship.
This can be accomplished with immersion. My goal is to inspire you to go out of your comfort zone and improve yourself each time you join this meetup.

Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease.
This walk is a simple reset.
We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment.
No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening.
If you want to slow down without withdrawing from life, join a Chitta Walk.

My name is Partha Sarathi, you can call me PS. I have lived in Berlin for over 12 years. With a background in physics and materials science, my interest in mindfulness grew through personal experience with stress and health challenges. I facilitate the space and structure of the walk, inviting shared exploration rather than instruction.
🤔 **Why Chitta Walks?**
Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense.
Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world.
The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it.
🌿 **Possible effects:**
A calmer nervous system.
Clearer attention.
A felt sense of being more present in your body.
Subtle insights into how your mind reacts under everyday conditions.

Walk of Shame - We walk and talk about shame
**Join this un-shaming movement, and come to this unique 'Walk and Talk' event on the topic of SHAME.**
**For this meetup we'll enjoy the beautiful Volkspark Wilmersdorf.**
**Sunday 22nd March / 10.30am start**
**Meeting point: Outside the park on the corner of Uhlandstr and Blissestr. I'll be holding a Swedish flag**
English and German language are both welcome. I host in English.
**What to Expect**
**The intention for this event is offer an opportunity to connect with new people on a deep level, without the usual fluff. This space is a chance for you to practice talking about the topics you feel are taboo, get over your shyness, and/or things that happened in your life that you feel ashamed about.**
Sometimes it’s easier to tell a stranger something we are ashamed about, instead of someone we know. This is a no-judgment space open to all. I ask you to come with an open mind and heart and a willingness to share of yourself and hold space for other peoples stories.
Shame holds a power over you when you don’t speak it and feel it. It stops you from being able to be your true self.
Since the first event in July 2024, men and women have come from all over Berlin, and as far away as Leipzig, to join this unique event.
After a short introduction to each other we’ll walk through the park. I’ll break the ice by sharing a shame story or a particular theme for the event and then we’ll pair up as we walk.
There is no strict agenda, but I instigate a number of partner changes so that you have the opportunity to share individually with at least 3 other guests. During the summer we were able to connect again as a group at the end with a sharing circle, and closing each week with doing some embodiment or reflection exercises. We'll finish at the other end of the park.

I’ve learnt that sharing of those taboo and shameful topics actually makes you realised that you were the only one making them a big thing. When you tell it, people respect and admire that you dared to share or that you overcame something difficult. People think you are brave and resilient. This forms real connection and cuts through the superficial bull-shit we all feel we have to aspire to.

Hi I’m Kim! I’m a fun, open and energetic Swede who grew up in England and landed in Berlin almost 18 years ago. After a 20+ year career in design I realised I could not suppress my calling to work with people on a deeper more spiritual level. I have since retrained as a Transformative Life Coach and Emotional Release facilitator and now work predominantly in this field.
I take a very holistic approach to life and work and hope that my own stories and candidness may inspire others to overcome their limiting ‘stories’ too. Other than my 1:1 work I love to host talks, speak at events, host spiritual and lifestyle workshops and connect with people on a deeper level.
On a final note, beyond my career change these last years I also left an unhappy marriage after 14 years, improved my chronic pain and many other niggling health problems, understood what it means to feel my feelings, regained my energy and self worth and started to co-parent my 2 kids.
