Located in Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia, Bukit Banang stands at 427 metres above sea level is rewarded with beautiful viewpoint of Batu Pahat town and the Straits of Malacca from the summit.
The peak is reachable through jungle trail ( 6 peaks) passing through many wildlife and wildflowers. The route to the summit is quite steep in certain area and can be a real monster for beginners and unfit hikers, For regular hikers, this is a great hike as maintenance. Overall, it is worth the effort to complete the hikes with rewarding view at the summit.

**Gunung Pulai Recreational Forest**
The Gunung Pulai Recreational Forest contains 650m Mount Pulai and 40-50m majestic waterfall which is the perfect place for hiking and relax playing with water respectively.
Located 45km to the north of Johor Bahru, this 650m-high “mountain” in Johor has one of the most magnificent primary rainforests in Malaysia.
Come prepare for a good workout as well as having a good dip & getting fun in the waterfall!

Singapore Sailing Adventure
Welcome to my sailboat. **Please read this notice**. These are crew opportunities, not for passengers, non-swimmers, people afraid of the water or get seasick. Bring a change of clothes, a towel, a hat, non-marking footwear with heelstrap and sunblock. There is a toilet and drinking water on board. Participants like to contribute to expenses in appreciation of this opportunity.
**Please register at Singapore Sailors Meetup.com. Do not register here.** Confirm your attendance by SMS or Whatsapp on Saturday for sailing on Sunday, to avoid no-shows and missed sailings. No-shows deprive others of a place, so be responsible and remove your reservation if you are not attending, and please do it in good time. Changi Airport to Stadium MRT Station - 20 KM (Sat)
We shall brisk walk from Changi Airport to Stadium MRT Station late afternoon till night time for 2 consecutive days on Saturday and Sunday. For those who like to join us next year April to South Korea - Jeju Island Olle Trail to brisk walk 100 KM in 5 days plus climbing Mount Hallasan 1947m plus City Tour. We need minimum 12 hikers to go, max 16 hikers. In August and November, we can do 3 consecutive days.
You may train with us even if you are not going for the trip. Do consider to give yourself a break and build up your stamina, endurance and your health.
Interval Walk Training (IWT)—alternating fast-paced walking with slow, recovery-paced walking—is a highly effective, low-impact workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, boosts metabolism, and strengthens muscles. It is superior to steady walking for lowering blood pressure, improving aerobic capacity, reducing visceral fat, and enhancing insulin sensitivity.
**Key Health Benefits of Interval Walk Training (IWT):**
* **Improved Cardiovascular Health:** IWT strengthens the heart and enhances blood circulation by raising and lowering the heart rate, similar to a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session.

Every week we get together and work technical skills and full contact spar. \
Almost all of the instructors have been in everything from street fights to the ring and some still compete in cage fighting. \
If you want to take your skills up, improve your confidence, gain self defense skills, get in better shape, test yourself or just want to kill some time and possibly get hit a bit come on down. \
We will be located at 3923 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214 Outside in the grass between the playground and horseshoe area. our instructors are normally in a black and red art of fighting shirt \ if you can not find us call or text me at 6143570295
