The March 2026 LiteLLM TeamPCP supply-chain compromise showed what that costs: one backdoored PyPI release, every credential in the gateway exposed in minutes. This talk is about what you do before that lands. Every LLM gateway is an ordered pipeline, and the security of the pipeline is a property of its ordering, not of any individual stage.
