This is a board game night for you to meet up and play in a relaxed and respectful environment. The event is exclusively for people who identify as FLINTA\* (women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender). We play casual and family games as well as strategy games and heavy euros. **General information** Come alone or bring your friends. Kommt am 2. Montagabend im Monat ins Offene Wohnzimmer zum Open Draw! Raucht Euch auch manchmal der Kopf von zu viel PC-Arbeit? Der Asphalt der Stadt ist heute wieder viel zu grau? Ihr würdet am liebsten mal wieder wild auf einem Blatt Papier rumklecksen oder gedankenverlorene Linien zeichnen? Höchste Zeit zur Tat zu schreiten! Wir wollen in entspannter Atmosphäre die kreativen Zellen auf Volldampf fahren und uns der Inspiration überlassen. Mit Musik im Hintergrund sowie Wein, Tee und Snacks im Repertoire wird dann gekleckst, gemalt, gezeichnet, geklebt, geredet und gelacht. Das Ganze kann sehr ambitioniert stattfinden, aber genauso zum Hirn-abschalten dienen. Austausch, Bilderswapping und gegenseitige Tipps/Kritik sind sehr willkommen. Material stellen wir (Kreide, Bleistift, Wasserfarbe, Acrylfarbe, Pastellstifte, Kohle, Papierbögen, Spiegel, Postkarten, Zeichenbücher, Illustrierte). Sujet kann alles sein: Der/die Tischnächste, der letzte Traum, oder der Feldhase Dürers. Technik auch: Von (Selbst)portrait über Stilleben bis zur Comiczeichnung soll alles abgedeckt werden. A 2.5 hours oil color - acrylics painting lesson. **About this course** This is a painting workshop with the goal of teaching people how to create paintings using either oil colors or acrylics. The total subject lessons consists of around **27 lessons** that last 2.5 hours each. You can join at any time during the course. On each lesson the first part will be about theory and exercise and the second one about canvas time. Each participant will have the chance to work on canvas and start making paintings as artworks. All materials are provided by us. Each lesson has a subject. We do not follow a particular order, and every lesson is actually unique and many times personalized. This means that every time the attendess will have to do something new and different. You do not have to paint on canvas and with the mentioned art materias, you can also choose to use any of your wish. Most of the observations and exercises work well with all art materials. It is suitable for beginners and or even professionals who want to rationalize the canvas painting process. Let's check out a Popular Astronomy and Science Based Film at COSI Science Center on their HUGE 360 Degree 4K Spherical Dome Screen Theater, in which is touring the nation and has already sold over 10,000 tickets! COSI is one of the leading Science Centers in America. Alan Watts was one of the Most Influential Amateur Astronomers of the 20th Century and held fascinating views of the Galaxy. There seem to be at least 10 tickets left, possibly more. We should be able to sit together in the same row or at least in the general section. This is an exciting chance to view actual footage of the Solar System on a Large 4k Resolution Screen plus added in Cosmological and Astronomical Related Philosophy! We will plan on meeting at about 7:50 PM by the Atomic Cafe on the first Floor of COSI, where the Movie Theater is located, in order to give us time before the show starts to purchase refreshments. Parking is available at the COSI Garage and in the area on side streets and adjacent garages. We can also walk somewhere in the area and get food afterwards, if anyone wants to do so.
