New Starting Time: 12:00 Come along, grab a coffee, shut up, and write! We will do two 45-minute writing sessions, with a 15-minute break in between. The first session starts at 10:45am. You can find us in the room on the right. For space reasons, we are limited to a certain number of attendees, so please update your RSVP if you can't come. If you are new, come and say hello, as we know that suddenly going quiet for 45 minutes and staring at that blank page can be intimidating when it's your first time. Traumasensitive Meditation, 1 h – Denizen Coworking
Traumasensitive Meditation, 1 h – Denizen Coworking
**Meditation – One Hour of Presence (All levels) by STUDIO B (https://www.studio-bewusstseinserfahrungen.de/)** This one-hour meditation session is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. We begin with a short and gentle breathwork exercise to regulate the body, calm the nervous system, and bring attention inward. This prepares the transition into meditation. This is followed by a 15–20 minute introduction to the meditation practice. During this phase, I explain the core principles of meditation and assign each participant a personal meditation task, tailored to their individual level of experience. The intention of this part is to create clarity, inner orientation, and a sense of safety for the silent practice. We then enter a first phase of silent meditation. After approximately 15–20 minutes, the silence is intentionally interrupted by a short walking meditation. This is not a break, but a conscious transition that integrates the body, releases restlessness, and deepens presence. Afterwards, we return to silent meditation. Each participant practices independently with their personal instruction, within a calm and supportive space. This session invites you to cultivate presence, quiet the mind, and either deepen an existing meditation practice or begin one in a grounded and accessible way. **Open to all levels. No prior experience required.** Payment is for the room. \*\*\* Session structure - **duration: 60 minutes** **1\. It's happening again
It's happening again
How is it going? It has been a while. It feels like years. Gladly, winter is over, which for me personally always seems to be a total lockdown from the meetup scene every year. Now I am curious. What is new? What has changed? Are there new insights you would like to share? From an astrological perspective, 2026 starts with an interesting setup. Saturn and Neptune meet at 0° Aries, often described as a moment where vision meets reality, bringing clarity about what truly feels aligned and what no longer serves us anymore. In short, it is a reality check. I would say I can feel a bit of that ☺️ Let’s discuss if you feel it too, or if astrology is just the perfect hopium for us intuitives ✨ We will meet at a new location, at least new for our meetup. I have seen it during the All Types MBTI meetup events before and felt heavily inspired by it. So thank you for the inspiration, All Types MBTI meetup group, and I hope to see you there very soon 🍻 Whether you identify as an INFJ, align closely with its traits, or simply have a curiosity about meeting individuals of this type, this event is for you. Let's share our insights, exchange life experiences and discuss anything that occupies our minds. From past events, having the same MBTI type in a meetup is a very worthwhile, sometimes even family-like experience. If you're uncertain about your personality type, you can take a quick test here: https://www.idrlabs.com/test.php All other MBTI types are also always very welcome 🤝 See you there 💚 Cover image background by @viridisartem

Sensual Touch Lab: Breath and Sound
Sensual Touch Lab: Breath and Sound
**Sensual Touch Lab: Breath and Sound** with **Markus Bohlmann** for **GBTQ men\*** **[Book a Ticket](https://wearevillage.org/en/shop/sensual-touch/w12-2026)** **Member: 15 €** **Regular: 30 €** We open up a space for a deep arrival in our own bodies. Through loving-connected breathing and mindful and conscious touch of ourselves and others, an invitation arises to feel held, connected, and safe. We open a space to connect deeply with our bodies and one another. Together, we begin by acknowledging any discomfort we may carry around nudity, intimacy, and being truly seen by others. We then explore what it feels like to be touched by someone else in a mindful, caring way — to be held, witnessed, caressed, and supported. We take our time to notice our responses: where we soften, where we tense up, where we long for connection. Each experience is welcomed as valid. Gradually, we shift toward becoming our own witness and our own allies. We cultivate a loving, connected presence with ourselves — meeting our desires and vulnerabilities with compassion. We will be guided by the breath and sound as anchors for awareness. Touched by the sound of chimes and our own words that answer to our needs at the moment, we are surrounded by a shared field of presence and care, bathing in a soundscape of self-compassion — resting in intimate, authentic connection with ourselves and with other GBTQ\* men. **What is Sensual Touch Lab Series for GBTQ Men\*?** Sensual Touch Lab Series for GBTQ Men\* is a monthly workshop where we aim to create a space for sensual closeness and playful encounters. Embodied, somatic experiences that appreciate our full-bodied nature. Using sensuality as an approach to explore new ways of dealing with our own fears or patterns related to nudity, intimacy, and touch. We invite you to explore, communicate, and possibly expand your personal boundaries within a framework of mutual respect and consent. This opens up the opportunity to experience the power of touch, sensation, and non-verbal interpersonal connection. Each event will be a guided process, which will have a special touch depending on the theme and background of the facilitator\*, whether it be bodywork and touch, somatics and intimacy, or something else. These short workshops may include nudity, partner exercises or close physical interactions. **Benefits:** **•** Creates valuable shared experiences among GBTQ men\* through closeness, empathy, and connection. **•** Combats feelings of isolation and loneliness. **•** Promotes self-love and acceptance of one’s body and identity **•** Provides a safe, judgement-free space to explore personal boundaries **•** Contributes to overall well-being and supports the ability to build lasting relationships **•** Can serve as a healthy coping mechanism and reduce the risk of substance abuse **General Information** • This format is for all queer men\* / queer masculinities interested in experiencing touch in a safe(r) setting. • Please pay attention to personal hygiene. • Bring a sheet and towel to cover cushions, mats, or massage tables. • This event will be in German and/or English depending on participant needs. • This event is also available at a reduced member price – but not part of the two-free-monthly-events benefit.

Anger and Resentment, How to Handle their Source and Live a Better Life
Anger and Resentment, How to Handle their Source and Live a Better Life
Wouldn’t it be nice to find a way to overcome your feelings of anger so that you not only control them, but you no longer have the urge to lose your temper in the first place? And how about being able to shake off resentments, persistent annoyance, or even feelings of vengeance? We’d like to invite you to an event on how to overcome anger and resentment. We will show you why people have trouble controlling their temper and where resentment comes from. Flaring anger can ruin a meeting, a relationship, an opportunity, or just about any aspect of life. Worst of all, outbursts towards our family can create hurt that lingers throughout a lifetime. You want to have a civil conversation, and you’ve vowed that you wouldn’t lose your temper, but a few minutes later, the anger flares up. Maybe you’ve realized that being angry doesn’t get you what you want so you internalize it. Or maybe you avoid the knockdown, drag-out fights, but stewing in resentment is exhausting and takes an emotional toll. In this event we show you how to get to the root of your anger so that it stops being an issue to you. You’ll also learn why people harbor resentments and how to move on. Don't continue to struggle, make a difference in your life, and join us for this local event. Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to the event. We look forward to seeing you there. This Meetup is sponsored by your local Dianetics and Scientology Life Improvement Center.
Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few. How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again. So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that. Come join us! Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is created by the Dianetics and Scientology life improvement center.
