Monthly Gals Walk (replacing the brunch)
**The Gals Monthly Walk**
Replacing our women's only monthly brunch, we bring you our *Monthly Gals Walk*.
As the months get cooler, and cost of living goes up, we need a place to be held accountable to getting out of bed, getting in our exercise and not spending a tonne of money we don't need to.
Our monthly women's brunches have always been a space where we can be surrounded by like-minded women in a super welcoming setting, discuss important topics related to bettering ourselves and get below the surface level small talk - all whilst making some great new friends!
You can still expect all of this at our monthly walks.
Our *May* edition will focus on the topic of **BUDGETING TIPS & HACKS.**
Bring all of your go-to tips, bring your questions you need answered and let's connect through movement and coffee.
If the weather turns, we will still go ahead, just indoors at a local cafe.
Make sure you follow our IG page for latest updates on events:
https://www.instagram.com/findyourtribemelb/
This event is aimed at women who identify with being young spirited - typically women in their 20s, 30s and early 40s will attend, however we have also had women in their 60s and 70s. We are open to all ages 18+ as long as you identify with being female, young spirited and open minded. We can learn so much from different women at different stages of life.
**Meeting Location: Baker Bleu, 183 Domain Road South Yarra.**
Meet by 9am to order coffee. Walking by 9:20am.

Midlife Women Rising
Come along and join an exclusive and empowering gathering created especially for us Amazing women aged 50+.
Its an all inclusive gathering to connect, reflect, and be real about this powerful stage of life. Reaffirming that this phase is meant to be lived and enjoyed, not endured!
This chapter often brings a mix of shifts, changing relationships, evolving identities, hormonal transitions, and a body that may feel unfamiliar at times. Many women are navigating children leaving home, redefining purpose, or simply asking, “What now?”
Together, we’ll share stories, laughter, and honest conversation in a supportive and welcoming environment. This is a place to feel seen, understood, and uplifted — to explore what’s changing, what’s emerging, and what truly matters moving forward.
You don’t need to have it all figured out or to silently navigate through this phase on your own. So come as you are, enjoy a glass of bubbles or if you prefer something non-alcoholic and connect with the Sisterhood.
\- Due to the cost of living pressures\, this will be a 'Donation" based event so you only give what you feel is right for you\.
Spots are limited so don't miss out, and I really look forward to meeting you then :))

**In-Person:** 1:30pm (Melbourne time) to 'Mingle With The Expert'
**Virtual:** 2pm (Melbourne time)
**INTRODUCING THE INDUSTRY EXPERT:**
*Conflict-Proof Your Next Development Deal - William Pryor ADR (William Pryor)*
Every mum and dad developer goes into a project thinking,
“This one will run smoothly.”
Until it doesn’t.
A builder variation blows out. A payment claim gets disputed. Communication breaks down.
And before you know it… you’re in a dispute that’s draining time, money and energy.
Here’s the real problem.
Most developers don’t recognise they’re heading towards a dispute until it’s already escalated.
They let it fester. They avoid the hard conversation.
And small issues turn into expensive, cascading problems that can wipe out profit.
At our next Property Developer Network Meetup, Industry Expert William Pryor from William Pryor ADR is going to show you how to stay in control.
William will cover:
• How to recognise the early warning signs that you’re heading towards a dispute
• The dispute resolution options available to you and when to use them
• The management tools you should have in place to avoid or minimise conflict
• How to choose the right resolution method (so you don’t make the situation worse)
• How to ensure your construction contracts contain clear, enforceable dispute resolution clauses before you ever start the build
Because choosing the wrong pathway can cost you tens of thousands and months of delay.
The biggest mistake developers make.
They let disputes drag on without structure. No clear process. No clear clauses. No clear strategy.
If you’re serious about protecting your margins, your timeline and your sanity, you won’t want to miss this session.
Because in property development, “it’s not …if challenges arise… It’s…. how well prepared you are to handle them".
**INTRODUCING THE REAL DEAL:**
*5 Townhouses (Sunny Katyal)*
*1040m2, GZ, Frankston, Victoria*
You’ve found a block online, zoned for development and the numbers look great. You think it’ll be smooth sailing until reality hits.
Sunny Katyal this month’s Real deal presenter knows exactly what that feels like when he secured a site in a general residential zone, planning a 5-townhouse project, everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Lender delays, a builder going bankrupt, and the challenges of managing a project from a distance. Margins squeezed. Stress levels skyrocketed. What should have been a simple townhouse development turned into a real-world lesson in resilience and problem-solving.
At our next Property Developer Network Meetup, Sunny will share the real, unfiltered story of this 5-townhouse project from purchase in 2020 to completion in 2026. You’ll learn:
• How he navigated lender issues without derailing his project
• How he managed builders and contractors to avoid costly setbacks
• How he handled managing his site from a distance
• The hard lessons and practical strategies he learned to keep the townhouse deal profitable
If you’re a mum-and-dad developer wanting to see the reality behind the numbers, avoid rookie mistakes, and learn strategies that actually work, Sunny’s story is not one to be missed.
***This is your chance to talk property with other enthusiasts!***
See you all soon!

(Note: RSVPing here on meetup does NOT reserve your seat. To do that, you’ll need to register at our website, [HERE](https://www.coreerocks.com/Events.aspx?ID=2026-Central-Ohio-Real-Estate-Investing-Expo-14-5-5-2026).)
We’re serious about helping you succeed in real estate.
That means not just teaching you—but putting you in the room with the people who help you get deals done.
Every deal depends on people.
The agent or wholesaler.
The lender.
The contractor.
The title company.
The insurance agent.
The problem is that most investors meet those people slowly.
This event fixes that.
One room full of:
• Lenders
• Contractors
• Title companies
• Insurance providers
• Property managers
• And active local investors
A place where you can:
• Build your team
• Find funding
• Solve real problems
• Make connections that lead to deals
If you’re serious about real estate, this is a smart room to be in.
Members and non-members at any level of knowledge and experience are welcome.
This event is free.
