Natty Beaux at Rockville Square
The Natty Beaux unites some of the areaโs most talented and respected musicians, most of whom are multiple Washington Area Music Association (WAMMIE) Award winners. The bandmembers bring several diverse styles (Roots Rock, Zydeco, Rockabilly, Klezmer and Jazz) that blend together brilliantly to perform music they have a common love for: classic Jump-Blues, Swing and Rockabilly.

DC Area Guy's Happy Hour (Hosted by Choros)
Come grab a drink after work and check out Choros.
Choros is a local social app for men in the DC area who want a better social life offline. The app helps members find recurring plans around DC, Arlington, and Alexandria: happy hours, sports, games, dinners, weekend events, and other casual stuff to do.
This is an open guest night for anyone curious about the app before joining. Nothing formal, no pitch, no awkward icebreakers. Just a normal happy hour and an easy way to see what the community is like in person.
Good fit if youโre new to the area, working remotely, recently out of a relationship, trying to rebuild your social circle, or just realizing itโs harder than it should be to find people to do things with as an adult.
To be clear: this is not a dating event, singles event, business networking event, or giant mixer. Itโs a low-key happy hour for guys who want to get out more and build a stronger social life in the area.

Handy Bikes | Beginners' No Drop Ride
Meet in the parking lot of the Handy Bikes Service Center.
At the start of each ride, we'll go over introductions to have a sense of participants' cycling experience.
Over the course of our rides, we'll address the following:
group riding dynamics;
safety (ABC check & trail hazards); gear shifting;
hill climbing;
audible and hand communication within the group, with other trail users, and automobile drivers;
what to bring on each ride; etc...
Bring your questions, water & a snack.
When it starts getting dark earlier, we'll need lights as well.
Helmets a MUST.
If you can, and especially if you've had issues with your bike, come a bit early to have it looked at ahead of the ride.
PS - all levels are welcome to join, however, be mindful that if you are an experienced rider, please be prepared to ride at the pace of the newest rider in the group.
Each week, depending on who's in attendance, and participants' riding ability/comfort level, we may do skills practice as a group in the parking lot or at the west end of Wheeler Ave. Once everyone is comfortable, we'll go for a ride on local trails and neighborhood streets and finish back at the shop.
Happy Pedaling !!

-Meet at the entrance off of R st, on the East side (closer to the cemetery)
-Plenty of street parking in the area
-Bring water and a ball for your Aussie
This park is a very large open field, that is very dog friendly. Tons of space to run and chase. Most if not all dogs are off leash. Occasional runners and kids (there is a playground), so keep that in mind. There is also a trail inside with a stream that the dogs love to play in.

The Purpose Of Our Worship Of God
The purpose of our worship is to glorify, honor, praise, exalt, and please God. The nature of the worship God demands is the prostration of our souls before Him in humble and contrite submission.
Jesus says in John 4:23-24, "But the hour is coming, and now is when true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth."It doesnโt say we can worship God any way we want, but we "must worship Him in spirit and in truth". The word "must" makes it absolute. There is no other way we can worship God and be acceptable to Him.
God seeks true worshippers, and He identifies them as those who "worship Him in spirit and in truth". Worshipping God in spirit means that it must be done from the heart. Worshipping God in truth means that it must be done according to God has specified in the Bible.
Come with Expectations:
Expect to experience the Presence of the Lord. Follow the leading of the Holy Spirit and flow in the spirit.
Expect "Soaking Time" This is your personal time seeking the Lord while listening to prerecorded music, as directed by the Holy Spirit. Come 15 to 30 minutes early for soaking time.
Expect an atmosphere of freedom to worship and liberty in Christ Jesus.
Expect the Holy Spirit to administer Spiritual Gifts in the Body of Christ: The Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge faith, gifts of healings, working of miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, divers kinds of tongues (languages), interpretation of tongues (languages), 1 Corinthians 12.
Expect singing and praying in the spirit with understanding, 1 Corinthians 14:15
Expect to be filled with the spirit, speaking to yourselves in psalms, and hymns, and spiritual songs, making melody in your heart to the Lord. Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name our Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:18-20
Expect anointed teachings/preaching of the Word Of God.
Expect to lay prostrate while seeking the Lord (bring a throw blanket).
Note: The above is freely administered by the Holy Spirit, subject to change, and is not all-inclusive. There is much more, but cannot be written here. Remember God sent you here for a purpose.
Blessed be God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. Ephesians 1:3
We love you in Jesus's name.
