Floral Holiday Centerpiece Saturday, December 20, 2025 Our popular program is back for another year! Come and get creative with the Licking Park District. We will be using natural objects found in the park as well as flowers to make a Holiday Centerpiece! Participants will have supplies including flowers, plastic centerpiece holder, floral foam, greens, and pinecones. You can also bring your own container. Ribbon and candles will be available to choose. Flower colors will reflect the season, but will vary in color and are first come first serve. Watch the demonstration to learn some techniques ranging from modern to traditional, than make the centerpiece your own! Creativity is encouraged. Register by December 8. First Sundays are free admission at Franklin Park Conservatory. Sunday, January 4th, is also the last day The Palm House will be open before renovations begin. Let’s meet, enjoy a respite from January weather, and wander the gardens. Free neanthe bella palms are available to guests, beginning at 10am, while supplies last. Join us for pizza, drinks and conversation! Gatto’s Pizza began in a small shop on North High Street in the neighborhood of Clintonville, Columbus, Ohio. It was 1952 and the brothers, Joe and Jimmy Gatto, opened the pizzeria to serve their community, using family recipes to make fresh dough, sauces, meatballs, and Italian sausage.
