It is incredibly powerful knowledge that can enable you to use your thoughts in a positive and powerful way for your own sense of purpose and happiness. **This course is one session a week for an initial five weeks introduction** with the option of a further 4 weeks intermediate. **The course is designed in a sequential manner, so it is important you attend each session.** **COST:** Although our programs have no fixed fee in the spirit of community service, guests are encouraged to make a financial contribution towards the running costs of the Retreat Centre. Our wonderful host LeAnn held a meal at Yiaga in early November shortly after the restaurant first opened (credit to those diners for the featured photo). For those who missed out, this is your chance to experience Hugh Allen’s new venture (you’ll know his name from Vue de Monde), set in the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens. The restaurant itself is a masterpiece, crafted almost entirely from Australian materials and traditions of local craft. You’ll enjoy a multi-course lunch degustation that celebrates Australia through its farmers, fishers, growers, makers, artists, and creatives. Neglected. Overlooked. Underfed. Time to make amends — with carbs, twilight, and a little light cardio. We'll head down to Topolino Pizza in St.Kilda on Fitzroy St. They have a big menu if you'd prefer something different and prefer a drink as well.
