Seoul Food - Supper Club 🇰🇷 Join us for an evening inspired by the bold, comforting flavours of Korea. This supper club is a little love letter to my obsession with K-dramas and the incredible food that so often steals the scene from sizzling grilled meats to vibrant side dishes packed with flavour. The evening will feature a curated multi-course menu showcasing classic Korean flavours: savoury, spicy, slightly sweet, and deeply comforting. Expect dishes made to be shared, warm conversation around the table, and the feeling of travelling through food without leaving the city. Your evening will include: • A welcome cocktail • 3–4 courses inspired by Korean cuisine • An intimate table of fellow food lovers Whether you're a long-time fan of Korean food or trying it for the first time, this supper club is all about good food, good company, and discovering something new together. Seats are limited to keep the experience intimate.

We'll meet inside the courtyard of **Swords Castle** at **11:30AM**, where we can start by making a few photos around the site. After the castle, we'll head through the small community park behind the castle, where we'll see a small well at the far end. This will probably be quite a short walk, even counting time spent stopping to take photos. Afterwards we can head up the Swords main street, which offers up the potential for some street photography, as well as coffee and Lunch.

This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory. For our April meetup we’ve got Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos, to investigate this delicious question. Sara will explore how she blends quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback to shape brand positioning and drive business decisions.
