Luxembourg Shivyog Forum
We are happy to extend our invitation to one and all to join the Luxembourg Shivyog Forum events every Sunday from 9.00 am to 11.15 am.
Shivyog Forum is a platform of positive and like-minded people, interested in spiritual growth, self-healing and self-awareness. Every week, through virtual videos, Avdhoot Baba Shivanand ji blesses and shares the Divine sacred secrets and knowledge through discourses, guided sacred meditations, chanting of Mantras and Bhajans for overall life transformation.
This helps the Forum members to progress in their spiritual journey, in establishing deeper connection with one’s inner being, in ability to forgive and love others, in improved emotional and physical health, mental peace, healthy relationship leading to the awakening and purification of the body mind and soul.
If you wish to get connected with the Avdhoota and practice deep healing meditations, kriyas and bhajans that can change your life, you are warmly welcome to become a member and join us!
Yearly membership fee is a nominal US$ 50 to be paid directly to India to the Shivyog Ashram but your are welcome to attend the first Forum event free.

Back to basics: Presence, Breath and Walking Meditation
In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, this gathering is an invitation to come back to yourself.
No complicated techniques. No pressure to perform. No expectation to share.
Just simple practices that help us reconnect with what is already here: our breath, our body, our awareness, and the present moment.
Together, we will spend about an hour exploring a few basic mindfulness and nervous system regulation practices, including:
• Gentle grounding and awareness exercises
• Conscious breathing and slower exhalation
• Walking meditation in the park
• Simple body awareness and presence practices
• Space to slow down and reconnect with yourself
Depending on the weather, the session may include a combination of sitting meditation and walking meditation, or mostly walking meditation.
The intention is not to achieve anything. It is simply an opportunity to pause, breathe, and experience being fully present in your own body.
Schedule
9:45 – Meet at Glacis Square (between the Théâtre tram stop and the public toilets)
10:00 – Mindfulness practice in the park
Approximately 11:00 – Optional coffee, brunch, or relaxed conversation for anyone who would like to stay
The practice itself will last around one hour. The social time afterwards is completely optional.
Practical Information
• Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for the weather
• The event will take place even if the weather is not perfect
• I will bring something to sit on, but feel free to bring your own cushion, mat, or blanket if you prefer

Grevenmacher Hike (18km) - Long time no see
Dear All,
I checked in the past events. Last time Grevenmacher must have been around 3 years ago. It's such a nice trail. We have to go again. I promise a walk along vineyards looking over the Moselle.
As a bit of change from last time, we will combine the autopedestre with the GM1 trail. There is a bit of overlap. However, the overlap consists of a nice part with good viewpoints.
We will spent a few kilometres in the sun. Please put on suncream and take enough water with you.
Viewpoints? Many
Lunchbreaks? At least one.
Nasty slopes? Yes!
Are those worse the suffering? I promise!
Parking? Near meeting point.

Pickaway County Chess Club
Younkin Branch Library (Ashville) meeting space is now reserved for any and all interested in or enthused by playing a game of chess. The fourth Monday of each month, 6:00pm to 7:50pm. No fees. Chess sets provided; however, you may bring your own if you wish.
