Come and join us for an evening of Buddhist meditation with like-minded people. The doors open at 7:00 PM, and meditation begins promptly at 7:15 PM. The meditation will last between 30 to 40 minutes, followed by tea and biscuits for anyone who would like to stay and chat. The point is to be encouraged to take some time out of the week to make art, for whatever reason you do it for. After gaining confidence in deep water, swimmers continue their journey with training to build their skill and stamina in the four basic strokes.
